Read moreHad I written this review about 6 months ago I would have rated lower. I recently visited the Edison location and was happy to see that it was a better day and some improvements were made. During my last visit I experienced dirty tables (which I get it, they were busy; but it still made for an unpleasant experience), my order was incomplete (chicken missing from my grilled chicken salad) and I watched the staff walk up and down looking for their guests while carrying their food around. I was so disappointed and their process seemed so inefficient that I had to send them an email about my experience. During my recent visit, I was pleasantly surprised to see they now have those large pager/buzzers that light up typically used to indicate that your table is ready. Not claiming that my email did the trick, just stating the change. Didn't give 5 stars because the woman who delivered my food was not at all friendly. Read moreA) The first experience was somewhat amazing. The person who was the cashier was from Colombia and very pleasant, though there was an error with an item that we ordered. The manager quickly came and gave us the item for free after another spoke up for a guest at our table.
B) The second experience sadly was not as pleasant. There was a hair strand in our sandwich, which is an obvious health code violation. It was in one of our mouth! What a deplorable, degrading experience. The one who placed the order told us that they will call up the manager the next day in our behalf.
