Came to slime world for my children more so for my sons who has autism . Our host name was Vive . While I was paying I mention to her my sons ABA are here with us meaning my son would still be receiving his services for his speech . She said okay . While the session started it was fine till we got to the color part . Mind you when we began it was in total 5 children before the rest arrived 30 minutes after . She immediately starting rushing she seems aggressive & impatient to my son cause he requested blue she had added a different color then my sons therapist mention to her he requested blue she said well it’s only one color . I said but that’s why he requested blue she then rolled her eyes grabbed the blue and added a little dot then to the other children she had added a decent amount of blue on the other child . While my Austic son is stirring the slime she was trying to remove the plate to remove the slime I told her give him a second please he still holding the stick . She sigh and was annoyed and then contuie to place the slime aggressively on my child hands . If I could I would go be 0 stars . I was totally looking forward to having a wonderful experience for myself and my children but after I literally told her ahead of time my son is with his ABA meaning he is on the spectrum it gave careless . Prefect example he has speech delay his therapist is teaching him to build confidence and speak to other she was impatient I will not be coming back I rather go else where where hopefully it would be a better experience . This was experience made me upset I asked her for a bussines card and manger name she then stated joking . We don’t have a manger I asked well who does your schedule she didn’t respond , I asked for her name she mention vive but don’t believe that might be her name . She mention I can go online look up Ryan Scot which is the boss she stated . But I find that ver unprofessional very disappointing and beyond hurt how my son was treated . Just cause he can’t catch up like the other or speak up like the other she should have been more patience and willing to understand but instead I got annoyed & impatience & bother if that’s the case why work in the environment where their are...

Super honest review. I took my 8 year old twin boys here today, it was their first time. They loved it! We had the pleasure of being guided by a young African American man (I'm kicking myself for not remembering his name. I'm certain he introduced himself when he greeted the boys.) He was patient and did his best to be personable. My children are naturally hesitant with strangers and it takes them a minute to warm up and let their guard down to be able to take instruction from a stranger. This was no problem with this young man, if he was annoyed by it he certainly didn't show it.

I have read other reviews regarding the owner and admit I understand where other parents are coming from because I witnessed some of the same behaviors others complained about. However, what I also took into consideration was how much pressure small businesses such as this must be under adhering to enhanced safety guidelines due to Covid-19 and still trying to deliver a good experience.

What I would do differently next time is purchase a ticket for myself as well. My children have a communication impairment which means it takes them a little longer to take verbal instructions without a visual guide. If I purchase a ticket for myself then I will be able to make the slime along with them so they get those visual cues along with the verbal instruction that they need. The thing is the owner was getting what seemed to be impatient when it was taking them a bit longer than I guess most kids. But I also understand that the package I purchased had a time restriction. While I think any profession dealing with children should be aware and sensitive to the fact they will be dealing with children of varying abilities, I also firmly believe it is the parents job to be sure they plan for ways to make their child's experience a great one.

My boys enjoyed it and both said without hesitation that they want to go back. We will all be making...

I had scheduled a full experience for my daughter Emily and four of her friends yesterday at 3pm. One of the girls was running late and the girl at the counter told us we either had to start the class and lose the money paid for the other person or we can wait for the 4pm class. We walked around the mall and came back only to find out the person we were waiting on was still five minutes away. Another girl checked us in at 4 and told us it was fine, and when the girl gets there she will help get her started. When the girl arrived with her mom, the person who originally helped us at 3pm told her she could not jump into the activity and that she would have to wait for the 5pm class. I was quite upset because I paid in advance as a gift for my daughter and the kids were still at the first station making their fist slime when the last girl showed up. The class was not full and there was a place setting already there for her since I scheduled it, but the girl made a really big deal out of it and still wouldn't let her participate. We spoke to Brad, the owner, and he was very understanding. He offered to help catch the girl up on her first slime himself. My daughter's friend was upset that she was late and he went out of his way to make her feel better and give her a good experience. We were all so thankful for that. He then wished my daughter a happy birthday in front of all of the kids, which made her smile. So an experience which started off very frustrating turned out to be one of the best days (according to my daughter and her friends), and that is largely in part to Brad taking the time out to make sure the kids had a great time. We were very appreciative for that. It was meant to be a special day and thanks to Brad it...

I wanted to go for 2 stars but going with 3 because my kid loves slime and she really enjoyed the experience. Definitely not worth the money at all, we paid for an hour but it was over in 33 minutes to be precise. It felt like the employee helping the kids wasn’t interested in their job, they were just blurting out instructions in a really low (very hard to hear) robotic voice. Absolutely no vibe, energy or enthusiasm in that place! Concept wise it’s great, but I felt like I didn’t get the value for my money. If I am paying for an hour which is mentioned clearly the least I would expect is 50-55 minutes. I would have loved to go back again but definitely I would not after this experience, maybe I would try another location as it’s a great sensory experience for the kids.

I brought my niece and she had a good time. The guy at the front desk was super friendly and worked with us when we were late. We were the only people there so we got to go at our own pace. The instructor was very kind with great eye makeup that matched the colorful “factory”. I thought that was a cute touch, and she was very patient with my impatient niece. The only reason it’s not getting 5 stars is because the lack of things to put in the slime. I expected more options like different shaped glitter, things to make the slime smell different, etc. The options seemed pretty basic and limited. And I also suggest kid friendly music. It’s very quiet.

If you’re looking for NOT 10 top things to do in NJ, this is one of them. $35 per person. What to expect: Hourly classes Parties are sat with walk-ins Two slimes made Slime wall to place a piece on 3 minute slime tub No bathrooms, no place to wash your hands. First off, the staff has zero empathy for the kids.. there’s simply no leadership or organization to what’s going on. I get it, the job is extremely difficult for the staff there.. unfortunately all you can hear from them are complaints. The jackets don’t get washed so don’t even grab one of them.. I saw the employees just take it out of the bin and place it back on the hanger.
