The Garage Burgers & Beer — Restaurant in Edmond

My first and last experience was during a karaoke night, apparently. Don’t go on karaoke night if you plan to have a social experience. Burgers were alright, and seating and service plan is a little weird.

Just needed to take a break and discuss project details and both the singing and music were too loud to hear the person sitting across from me while sitting as far away.

So while yelling my order a couple of times to the bartender serving us, he leaned in so that I was beside his ear and asked if it would be possible to turn down the music a bit.

He stands back upright. His response was a stern “No. It’s karaoke night.”

Alright. So I order a drink. It comes before the food. He rushes by and sets it on the edge of the table rather hard (the clank louder than the music) and rushes to the next table.

They weren’t too busy. A large table and a family and us.

He spends most of the night chatting with one table. We already paid for the burgers at the front by a lovely young lady (probably the sole redeeming quality of the staff we experienced). Just need the charge of the drink.

We finished eating. 20 minutes pass. Finally get the check when he runs away again. Alright. Here’s the card to pay for my drink I didn’t even sip. It must have been another 15-20 minutes? He still didn’t come back, so neither did we.

You could have simply offered to relocate us outside.

We chose a sit-down restaurant to have a meeting and a late night break to a project—we spent over half of our time waiting for a check from a lousy bartender and just staring at each other because we couldn’t hear each other to discuss anything before...

This company goes ABOVE and beyond to please their customers from the experience our family had on this past Friday, July 7th. First off after we had placed our order for pick up I quickly realized I had left my wallet at work. My wife calls and talks to the counter person, I'm assuming, or whoever answers the phone and tells him we will be a little late because her husband forgot his wallet at work. She hangs up, the manager quickly calls back and tells my wife to go ahead and come pick up the food now and we can come back and pay for it later. I've never had a company tell me that before! I had already left to go get my wallet when my wife calls and tells me what the manager said. Since i was already on my way and was halfway there I told her I would just go ahead and pick up my wallet. Once I arrived to pick up my dreadingly cold food, I expected, I paid for my order & the counter person went to get food and comes back and tells me, "we're going to remake your food so it's not cold for you. It's that okay?". Is that okay? Heck yeah that's okay, it's more than okay it's Great! It's not that often that I come across exceptional customer service like this and from what I've read and heard it doesn't happen often for any of us so that is why I wanted to take the time to leave this review so that others know what an exceptional...

We had a lot better experience this visit then when we did a pickup order several years ago and swore to never come back. This visit we were impressed with the friendliness of the staff and appreciated that multiple staff members stopped by our table to refill drinks and or to check on us. It was very busy and the staff still made sure to continually check in on us. The restaurant was clean and the bathrooms were also clean. Our first batch of fries were incredibly good but the second batch we went back to order didn't get fully cooked. The Onion Burger was okay but the onions were nearly impossible to bite through and would always pull out of the burger like spaghetti with each bite. The salad was okay but the type of lettuce used seemed a little odd. My wife enjoyed the Smothered Chili Cheese Burger. Fun decor with great lighting (unlike the other location which has more dark lighting). Multiple TV's located throughout the restaurant which were all playing sports games. There is even a room with seating that is more kid oriented. There was even outdoor seating that even had a tv, not sure if the tv worked or not since it wasn't on when we passed by it.
