LOFT — Local services in Edmond

Used to love this place but it is so poorly managed currently. I was there for over an hour trying on clothes and not one time did anyone check on me. I had a handful of clothes and no one asked me if I needed a dressing room. Mind you there were at least 3 people “working” and no other customers. I had to find someone and ask them. When trying on clothes, no one came to see if I needed help. I had to get fully dressed 3-4 times just to go out into the store to find a different size. Again, absolutely no help was offered. Didn’t buy 2 things I really liked because I couldn’t zip them up myself and since no one was around to assist me, I ended up leaving them behind. One of the items I wanted wasn’t available in my size, so I ended up having them order it for me. When it arrived a couple days later it was the wrong size 😡 I am a business owner myself and I know how difficult it can be to manage and even find good employees, but they are out there! Do better! Great experience!!! I am always greeted when entering the store! I’m assisted quickly with sizing, recommendations and coloring matching. I’ve been a Loft customer for over 10 years and visited other stores the Flagship in NYC and Phoenix, Arizona, Norman , Ok, OkC, Ok., and hands down it doesn’t compare to the Edmond Store. Prior to COVID I was offered water as I shopped. I love the quality of the clothing, the way it feels on my body and how my signature pieces have lasted 5+ years, I’ve purchased shoes online and great buys. I love the way a blue will always match another Blue at Loft. Consistency, Creativity, Classy!!! The team is awesome!! Kudos to the manager who goes above and beyond for customers. You can’t go wrong with Loft!! I’m looking for adult, causal and business casual clothing and Loft never fails. I’ve never been treated poorly no matter what I’m wearing or how I look!! Equality I love it!!! You guys rock!!!...

Stopped by last night with my mother right after I got off work, which was 45 minutes before the store closed. I was looking to get at least a blazer and a pair of pants. I was planning on being in & out. I work retail, so I was not going to be that person staying past close. Todd greeted us & turns out, they were having a 75% off sale. Todd pulled lots of things for me to try & I walked out with five pairs of pants, 3 blouses, a sweater, a blazer, & a partridge in a pear tree. We left a little after close... (sorry!) but Todd & the other associate working were delightful during my whole visit.
