Updated: After several trips for various repairs and cleanings we decided it was time to re-create my ring to have it built to last. My husband and I worked closely with Sarah G. and through the whole process she was very communicative and open to feed back on the custom ring we were building. When Sarah was unavailable Erin was also a great help! The end product is perfect and I’m beyond happy we went the route of starting fresh with Comstock and Sarah! The attention to detail, consistent communication, and virtual renderings of possible ideas is what sets Comstock apart from other jewelers. I have plans for other things I want to work on with them in the future. I’m attaching a photo of the finished ring on the ring finger, the wedding band is on the other finger and are from elsewhere for years ago. I recommend the store & Sarah G to everyone I talk to about my ring!

Erin was very helpful finding my custom pendant prior to Christmas and was just as excited for me giving this as a gift to my sweetheart!!

I made a mistake on the chain length when ordering it so I had to return after the holidays to have it customized and after hearing I had a date at Salish Lodge for brunch the very next day, Erin went out of her way to make sure I could pick up the chain after alterations the following day allowing my gal the ability to wear this on, once again, a very special day for my gal and I.

It is refreshing to see someone that has been in this business this long still caring about what is going on within the lives of their customers!!

I found Comstock based on the reviews of two of my co-workers and they are conveniently located just around the corner from my work. I had always (mistakenly) assumed local jewelers only catered to more high-end clients so I never really gave them a thought before. For our 10 year anniversary, I decided to see what would be involved to do a re-size and maybe a different setting for my traditional solitaire. After having only dealt with Fred Meyer Jewelers in the past, I was blown away by the amazing customer service (Erin! You are a gem to work with!!), and never once did I feel pressured to upgrade/trade-in (something that always bothered me every time I went into FMJ in the past). I wasn't really sure what exactly I wanted other than something a little more low set since I was constantly knocking my higher setting on things. Erin was so sweet, offered amazing options and was so patient. I never felt like my project was beneath them or not expensive enough for their attention. I will never ever go back to a big chain jeweler and highly recommend Comstock for their enthusiasm and willingness to work on a smaller project like mine and still treating me with the highest level of customer service. Not to mention I'm so incredibly happy with my ring. It feels brand new again and I find myself looking at it all the time! I cannot recommend...
