Let’s start with the clothes — the quality of clothes are top notch. We’ve purchased sets for both my toddler son who is extremely hard on clothes, my husband who is also extremely hard on clothes, and myself. They source the softest materials while keeping so stylish. They launch new styles of clothes multiple times throughout each season which is so nice to have style refreshes. Shipping can take a little while with brand new launches but that’s to be expected with a rapidly growing small business. Just be patient, trust me it’s worth it.

Customer service is incredible. They are not only extremely responsive but ANY issues I’ve seen that people have had, or myself included, are immediately resolved. They take pride in providing a great quality product and are always so helpful. I’ve only had to message them once and they were able to rectify the issue.

Last but not least, their flagship store in Edmonds is a treasure box of small business goodies. You can tell that each of the brands they choose to sell are all of great quality and so cute. Amazing customer service, seriously, the BEST!! I am currently in my 3rd trimester. I ordered the Nuna mixx stroller and pipa car seat during their baby gear sale in March. Unfortunately the pipa car seat was out of stock for the color I wanted (manufacturer backorder). Despite the boutique being closed due to COVID-19 precautions, they were very good about communicating with me via email. Amy, the wonderful lifesaver that she is, even delivered the stroller to my house (fully installed) so I wouldn't be exposing myself to the virus during pick up. Since there's still no guaranteed ship date for the car seat, Amy offered me alternatives and even extended the original discount towards the new car seat. I received the new Nuna pipa RX a week later in the mail! I am so grateful I found this cute little boutique while visiting Edmonds. I can't imagine the stress and headache I would be dealing with if this happened with any other store. I seriously love this store however, the customer service today (7/10/222) was not the best. I don’t know if someone was having a bad day but I went in to shop with my toddler and both of the cashier ladies seemed to be frustrated about my daughter playing with the display toys. Mind you not, I actually bought her a full set of the toys she was playing with. The cashier rolled her eyes and reminded did me to pay for the toys that my little one had touched, which I offered to put back on the display counter. Anyways, long story short, today was the first time I did not enjoy shopping here. Considering how this store is for babies and toddlers, they shouldn’t be so frustrated when toddlers are playing with display toys.
