We ordered a salad and pizza at lunch time. They bring nothing to the table, water, drinks you ordered, utensils, pizza… You pick it up at the counter yourself even though there was only one other customer there. Salad was premade in a takeout container so even if you eat there, everything is brought to you in to-go fashion. I think it’s better for a restaurant to wash a few dishes than it is to send out all of this trash. The tables hadn’t been cleaned from the last customer and the floor was really dirty. The whole place was really dirty. There were three employees working and they were not at all concerned about the state of the dining room. Now for the good stuff. Pizza was $12 and the salad $6, I think. I thought that was a good price. We split it for two people. The pizza was very, very good. Sauce, crust, and toppings were excellent. How do I know? My family owned 30 pizza restaurants growing up. Moto has three arcade games that are open play. That’s a nice gesture. And although they only have about 4-5 tables, they are booths and very comfortable. Like I said it’s more of a takeout, get your order and go type place. I think they could offer more in the way of service, cleanliness, and atmosphere. Especially because they are so centrally located in prime downtown Edmonds.

Tasty and unique personal size pizzas! šŸ•šŸ¤˜ Visiting from Canada for a Mariners game, I had searched up good food at T-Mobile Park and came across Moto Pizza. I was originally planning to get it at the park but heard there's usually very long line ups, which prompted me to visit this location instead which was a short drive from my hotel at Lynwood...I'm glad I visited this location because there were 0 lineups...in fact, I was the only person dining in! It was like a secret tucked away location which is cool! I ordered the Mr. Pig pizza based on their recommendation and it did not disappoint! The portion was decent for a single person, though I probably could have eaten another order...I probably should have because the pizza was delicious! Mr. Pig is a unique fusion style pizza incorporating the owner's Filipino roots. It had some juicy pork belly topping on it and tasted heavenly. The sauce and cheese ratio was also really good. The pizza was definitely on the greasy end as expected, mostly due to the pork belly...but gosh it was worth it! 🤤 The interior was also quite nice with a retro feel and good lighting. The location is also nice with walking distance to the beach park. Overall, this is a good spot to grab some delicious unique tasting pizza when you are in the area!

Isn't it nice when the hype is deserved? That's Moto. First, the space. Super cool, you can see the faded out Tavern sign out front, walk in and it then feels like a 50s diner, except it smells like damn good pizza. From the cashier to the kitchen, the vibe of the place is "I like pizza, I like these ppl and I like this place" which adds a lot. Inside sparkling clean too. Ok the pies. Detroit style. Thick. The crust is crispy and delish. You'll want to take a walk afterwards. Good thing downtown Edmonds is a lovely place for a stroll. We got the Kissd, Adobo, Crab and Mr Pig. Kissd had a lovely hot honey that added just enough sweetness to a classic pepp and sausage. Crab is simpler, had nice chunks of crab, which really let that shine. Nothing fancy but sometimes that simplicity is what you want. On the other side of the spectrum is Mr Pig, flavor explosion. Some tang from the lime, a ton of savory from the various meats and the colors were beautiful. And then my personal fav, Adobo. Garlicky, cabbage-y and the adobo was juicy and everything was really well balanced. Super fun night and will absolutely be back. Such unique pies and executed really well. Sizing-wise, each pie can probably feed two ppl depending on how much dough you can physically consume.

Hannaha and team- amazing accommodations for me and went above and beyond. I work in town, and my coworkers often order Moto pizzas for lunch. I’m celiac and have to eat gluten free, but I know that’s my reality and not every place Can accommodate that and that’s OKAY! I was enjoying an afternoon with my husband, we had done some shopping. I could tell he was hungry, so I said let’s go get you a pizza. We stopped at Moto. He got a pizza, and I got a cola and soft serve. Hannah made sure I could check there was no malt containing ingredients in the soft serve base (rare, but sometimes happens more when restaurants use it for milkshakes.) we sat and he ate his pizza, I drew with some new journals and art supplies. We hung out and enjoyed the environment, and I eventually realized I was a little hungry. I asked about their salads, and was interested in getting the caprese salad . The balsamic glaze mentioned ā€œmodified food starchā€ and SOMETIMES that can be derived from wheat. Labels can be hard to understand exactly what is safe or not, and I asked if it was possible to just get it with olive oil and salt and pepper. Hannah explained their salads are pre-made and I said no worries, thank you, I’ll just let him finish up and we are close to home. I went back to drawing, and wasn’t thinking much of it, when Hannah surprised me and told me the chefs and kitchen and her had wanted to make sure I could eat something, so she found a way to put together the salad for me without the glaze. For a lot of people, this seems like such a small thing maybe, it’s ā€œjust a saladā€. But, life with celiac is hard, and our perspective of what is ā€œowedā€ to us is something I’ve always decided to be very aware of. Food is an incredible gift to share, and not every place can accommodate the diet needs of allergies and I have made my peace with that. I wanted my husband to eat, and I was happy to enjoy the atmosphere anyways and draw. The extra effort they went through with to ensure I could have something to eat was unexpected, but incredibly caring. The staff here is amazing, and I cannot say thank you enough. Hannah- you made my day, and I am so thankful for you. You clearly care for your customers, and the moto team in the kitchen, also put pride in their service, as the food is great, and they are willing to take time during busy hours for ā€œjust a salad.ā€ Thank you again, and will look forward to bringing my husband home more pizzas from y’all...
