This order was placed via their mobile app for curbside pick up. I feel that the service (food prep and presentation) should be consistent no matter the time of day or whether it’s dine in or curbside. I’ve ordered from this location during the evenings on multiple occasions and wasn’t pleased with the products that were given to us upon placing our orders. We always give them the benefit of doubt. After today, I doubt I’d patronize this place. I wish I would have checked the items before driving off. I got home and noticed I was given burnt meat and missing biscuit . I called and the young lady was far from understanding and empathetic. She placed me on hold and a manager (Eric) assisted. His resolution was to put money on the account. Shortly after disconnecting the call with him my daughter finds rotten avocado in her carne asada. Both meals were trashed. I wouldn’t dare feed it to a pet if we had one. This was inconvenient and very disappointing for us. Update: the account doesn’t reflect any credits. Peace and blessings to their establishment. Update 9/19: Kevin called me to follow up. He took ownership of the matter and expressed his apologies for the experience. Appreciated.

Great place, but was really disappointed in them running out and not having the Fried Pickles. Suggestion BTW, put the fried Pickles on the sampler plater or a mix and match appetizer deal like 2 for 15.99, 3 for 20.99. The waitress was on point, timely and very polite, checked on us at the right times(not asking how is everything, while I'm still chewing my first bite 🤩). Last the perfect up-sale, the brownie with ice-cream, she timed that quYFXFestion perfectly aimed it to the correct person. A+ Service A on food. Would have given 5 stars if the Pickles weren't out. Update came back 4/29 1 week later Still no Fried Pickles. But again the staff; Sarah Saved The Day with perfect service. Hopefully next we can get the Pickles and the fifth star

I have been dining at 54th street for years. I have their app so I used it to join the wait list on the way to the restaurant. It told me it would be 45 min or so. I have been dining at 54th street for years. I have their app so I used it to join the wait list on the way to the restaurant. It told me it would be 45 min or so. When we got there, I checked in with the hostess. She said it would be 5-10 min. 25 minutes later, I went back to check. The host (different person) informed me my name was nowhere on the list and it would be 90 minutes or so before I could be seated. Called to alert staff that a party of 12 would be there between 5:15 and 5:30. They said we don't do reservations(which I figured but was trying to give them a heads up) but one person from the group should come 20 min ahead to get on the list. My sister arrived 20 min ahead to get us on the list and then they informed us they cannot get more than 11 seated together so they would have to split us up and it would be 35 to 40 minutes. When I arrived I let them know we were disappointed and upset that this had not been mentioned over the phone as we had guests from out of town and all wanted to visit together. The manager said he would do it this time be ause communication was poor to begin with. The hosting staff was horribly rude about it, left us waiting for over an hour and were heard discussing how we would get a clue and leave. We had 4 children with us and they were exceptionally well behaved through all of this. We ordered our food and Dan, our server and the only positive of the whole night, made sure it got to us quickly. However, my daughter's kids meal did not come to the table and my nephew's burger was not done and we had to send it back. My food also did not arrive with everyone else's. Dan took care of it as quickly as he could while the manager completely dodged me and refused to make eye contact the rest of the evening. Dan was tipped very well, but we will not be back and will be warning everyone not to take large groups in there. My nephew ended up eating bits and pieces off other plates and my daughter and niece were so tired by the time the food arrived they only took a few bites. It was a disaster of an evening. The only reason this is two stars and not one is because Dan was really awesome. . .just nothing else was. Food was only okay despite the fact that I was Soo hungry by the time I got it anything should have...

Where to begin....we arrived at 3:20 on a Wednesday and both ordered off the happy hour menu. The waitress arrived quickly and took our drink orders. She returned quickly with our water and took our order in a timely fashion. There were less than 20 diners in the entire restaurant, but it took quite awhile to receive our drinks from the bar. My husband ordered a 2nd beer and it took over 15 minutes to get it, it was ordered right after 4pm. When the waitress brought us the bill I said he had never received his 2nd beer. The waitress stated the bartender should have bought it over and the beer was sitting on the bar (for at least 10 minutes, no longer cold). Then the bill arrived and we were charged full price (not the happy hour price) on everything, which I pointed out to her. She stated that the happy hour prices have to put in manually and that it was not done automatically. Then she returned with an updated bill and I seen the drinks were not correct in my opinion. I had the happy hour menu in my hand when I ordered everything, and I didn't notice that the drink happy hour didn't start until 4, which is quite misleading as it is all on the same happy hour menu. I know for a fact that his 2nd beer was ordered after 4pm, and I pointed that.out and it was ignored and not corrected. Did I mention that I counted 5 waitresses standing around near the takeout door doing nothing but talking and 3 bartenders total in the 2 bar areas not being productive either but were on their phones? We were both very disappointed in the service we received here. We don't eat out as often as we used to, and very VERY disappointed on all things this visit. I do not recommend eating here, there is way better food and service at a local...

So we usually eat here often but it's been a few months since we have. Needless to say we sat down to dinner and the menu has changed alittle..downsized for sure. So they finally got the fried pickles back(yayy..but they were burnt to crisp😑)..but took off stuff we liked and have a different version of the other things we know we liked and have ordered before. Not good versions btw..the boneless buffalo wing sauce is terrible and definitely not buffalo more like a cheap variation of a spicy BBQ🤢 Not to mention the glasses we were drinking out of were so dirty and not hard water dirty..like cloudy grimy build up..I could scratch the surface and while i hard scratched it still came off pretty easy. While it being a full glass you didn't notice it yet but you definitely would after a couple drinks. As someone who works in the Restaurant service industry..I can guarantee the beer glasses don't look like that! Every place I have ever worked would chew our butts for handing out a dirty glass/dish/silverware especially a noticeably gross one. WE ARE GOOD ON 54TH FOR AWHILE IF NOT AT ALL. The server Sally I believe her name was.. was very nice and got over a 20% tip for being so accommodating to me not liking what I got after I ordered their NEW version. ALSO* REMEMBER TO TIP ACCORDINGLY PEOPLE WE WORK IN A SOMETIMES HARD AND TESTING INDUSTRY AND FOR THAT WE TRY TO ALWAYS MAKE YOU HAPPY ON OUR END..ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU WANT...
