I went in looking for a new bed frame and mattress, I let the sales person know what I was looking for. He pointed me in the right area when I picked out the bed frame I liked the I talked to him about mattresses. I found one I really liked it had a massagers in it and the head and foot raised, at that point I told him I wanted the frame and that mattress set up just like it was on the floor. I had also let him know I was in process of replacing my bed because my husband had passed away in our bed and I needed something new. When my bed was delivered I di not get the adjustable base that I thought I was getting I found out later the one on the floor is a discontinued item if I wanted the one off the floor that has been used for over two Years the manager would sell it to me instead of 799 for 699. He would give me credit for the 250. I paid for the boxsprings when I This item has been used for 2+ years and I didn’t think that was acceptable. That was all he was going to offer me even though I told his salesman that I thought I was buying as it was On the floor, is it just like it was basically the salesman told me what I wanted to hear and switched at the end and I was the one who gets through Kloss did not do I thought they would. I’m still gonna pay almost $500 for a used base like customer...

I will start by saying this place is the most disappointing and disrespectful establishment I have been in, I was interested in a 4 piece sectional that was priced at $2,599 mind you… I inquired about 72 month financing which was posted everywhere. I also brought to the attention of the sales team, and the manager who hid in the back like a coward that I wanted to price match over 4 different locations who offered this same couch for 2,000! She never returned or kept her word that she would be right back with my answer she just sent her salesperson out to display the most ridiculous quote I have ever heard of, $5700 I responded and asked why would I pay 5700 when that is a $2599 couch and her response was that the company looses money and takes from their pockets to allow customers to finance. Which mind you is a complete lie!!! Furniture has a 80% mark up and that is messed up that she even insulted me and probably many others the same way. Needless to say I left and not even 20 mins later I bought the exact same couch in granite city for $2100 out the door in stock and now im in my living room sitting in it enjoying my evening. Moral of the story is shop around do not get screwed over by a business like this. Negative...

My neighbor had gotten her living room furniture at Kloss about 1 -1 1/2 years ago and she really liked them. So I went up to check them out after reading several reviews on Google. The sales person was very nice in showing me several recliners ( not pushy) & showed me what I wanted to see. Even showed me one that I had researched through Google and really thought I'd buy it if they had it. But after being shown several recliners with the different features I thought I wanted. I choose the 1st one that I was shown with the features I wanted. It was even a little less expensive than the one I had in mind when I went up there and definitely more comfortable & had better features than the other. Very happy with the salesman, sale and delivery. The guys that brought it out called to tell me that they were coming. They were on time. Put a carpet down on my sidewalk to keep from tracking dirt in & a cover on door frame to keep from scratching the door frame. Also I asked if they would mind putting sliders under my recliner (which I furnished) so it would be easier for me to move since I have no 1 to help me when I clean. Plus the set up the recliner with the electrical controls. Very impressed all...
