Love this place!! I came in because I went to Dillards thinking they would have some up to date styles, they did not. I decided to shop local and heard about Loverly. I went in and was greeted by the shop owner, Tammy. She was so nice! They had such a great collection of up to date styles coupled with quality clothing that I had not experienced in years. I told Tammy I had been working from home for over 2 years and my wardrobe was mostly sweatpants. I hadn't felt attractive for a while since all I did was work in sweatpants. Tammy totally understood and starting pulling items to help me. She knew exactly what looked good on me. She was able to pull styles that were quality, trending but not too trendy and that flattered me. I was elated. I finally felt like myself again. My husband loved every outfit I bought. While the quality of the clothing and the inventory is always wonderful, The owner that sits behind the desk is always so very unwelcoming. The owner refused to help me with a ring that I bought from her store after it broke. She first asked me if I did anything to the ring like perhaps hitting it against a hard surface (not sure what she meant by that). After I said no, she simply said “there’s really nothing I can do for you” and preceded to hand me back the $75 ring.
