What a delicious bowl!!
This newly opened poke spot impressed us on so many levels. Coming from the Los Angeles area where poké is plenty, we’ve tried quite a few so the bar always feels high. Even in LA places get lazy and cut corners on ingredients like using old fish or even down to the mayo brand they use in the spicy mayo. This place was not like that at all.
Presentation was great, the array of homemade sauce flavors were high quality, the balance of mix ins and protein was fairly proportioned. They don’t have masago(orange fish eggs) or furikake (flavorful seaweed seasoning) yet but the bowl held its ground without them. If you want a little more rice to absorb the sauces you can ask for that.
My favorite part was their spicy tuna. You think of it sometimes as one of the most basic part of poke bowl, so it doesn’t always stand out. This one felt special flavor-wise and texture wise. It was jam packed with the perfect touch of flavor and I took a bite and had to turn around to the owners and yell across the room “this is good!”
They are just 3 weeks young and already humbly killing it food quality-wise. There’s alot more decor and aesthetic additions they said they are working on but as is, the place feels clean and bright and comfortable.
The owners are super welcoming, nice and excited to be bringing poké bowls to the area. They are worth giving business to and if you’ve never tried poké, this is a great place to start to fall in love with it.

Read moreThe man taking my order seemed rather irritated and inpatient. I asked which raw fish bowl was sweet and spicy. He said the Ahi tuna bowl. So I ordered it based on his recommendation He asked if I had any special requests. I replied no. He quickly whipped up the order and asked if I would like a bag. I looked at the bowl and there was soy sauce dripping down the side. I said yes please. He seemed disgruntled that I requested the bag. Upon receiving the bag, I took napkins and attempted to wipe off the soy sauce that was now dripping in the bag. I asked for eating utensils and he pointed and said right over there Sir. The utensils were over by the drinks cooler and fountain. I don’t know why they were not some on the counter but it wasn’t that far to walk over to the cooler had I known where to look. I drove back to my office and sat down to eat. I took out the plastic bowl and wiped it down one final time. I noticed that the bag said please do not throw away as the bag is intended for repeat use. Well the bag had soy sauce drippings all over the bottom which I consider to be unsanitary for recycling or gifting to my 10 year old daughter which was the original plan. So, I threw it away along with 1/2 of the bowl because everything was saturated with soy sauce and the only thing I could taste was that high sodium sauce. I will never order the Ahi tuna and will not place an order with that person again. I am unlikely to eat there...

From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere transported me into the heart of Polynesian culture—vibrant, welcoming, and beautifully immersive. Every detail, from the decor to the music, was thoughtfully curated to honor the spirit of the islands.
The food was nothing short of elegant. Each dish was a harmonious blend of flavors, crafted with care and authenticity that left a lasting impression. What truly amazed me was the speed at which the food arrived. I barely had time to take in the beautiful surroundings before my meal was served, piping hot and impeccably presented.
The service, however, was the true highlight of the evening. The staff made me feel like royalty, going above and beyond to ensure I felt valued and cared for. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality were unmatched.
