Terrible, rude workers who think "black olives" sounds like "pickles", oil means vinegar, and when you say, "Don't forget my coupon" you hear back, "I won't, I see everything".....and then you have to drive back because she forgot to add your coupon. When you get back 5 minutes later and tell the next guy that she forgot your coupon she chimes in with, "Oh yeah, she could find her coupon" and the next smartest employee simply hands you back your coupon (which is about to expire), says, "Here ya go....oh we accept expired coupons all the time" Note to the owner, the original employee was so poorly trained that even after she looked at the sandwich construction chart she gave me extra, never charged us for extra meat on the other sub, and rang up a less expensive sub than the one we ordered. Wonderful experience here. There are brothers that work here and they’re just delightful. The guy who waited on me; I wish I got his name but; he was so polite so attentive and he made each one of my subs like he was making it for himself. Wonderful man. While the sales staff was very friendly and helpful, the meatball hoagie was barely even pathetic. The "meatballs" were more like meat pellets. The "meatballs" were lost on the bread because they were sooooo small. I had the clerk add some other veggie ingredients to try to make something out of it. However, there was no sauce on the meatballs. I asked here to add the sauce, which she politely did, however when I got home I had to put it in my air fryer to heat it because she took the sauce right out of the refrigerator!
