Dear Robert Himmelstein Owner of 7 mile Design,
After seven months of trying really really hard to resolve the issue directly with you, it took a Google review to finally get your attention.
While I appreciate that you finally responded, I just wish you responded taking responsibility for the poor customer service and responded honestly. But unfortunately, you chose to lie and deny any wrong doing.
The facts are that I paid 7 miles design $3730 for a bed and a table. I received one bed for $2771.18 but never received the table. After 4 months of waiting and false stories from your staff, I canceled the table because I lost confidence that I would ever receive the table. Thus leaving a balance of $958.82 + $99 waived for late delivery of the bed equaling $1057.82 credit.
When I researched with the manufacturer as to what happened to the table, I found out the table was ready for some time but they would not deliver it to 7 Mile Design because 7 Mile Design was not paying the manufacturer and was behind in paying their bills.
Although, it shouldn’t matter where I purchased a table from as our transaction was cancelled for your breach of contract, the manufacturer offered to sell the table to me as they did not want to be stuck with it. I paid them for the table and had it delivered with in days, something you evidently couldn’t do.
In conclusion, you did not pay the manufacturer for the table. The table was cancelled because you could not deliver it since you owed the manufacturer money. You owe me my deposit of $1057.82 for product not received. Simple as that.
So please stop the lies and delay tactics and refund the $1057.82
Please understand, It is not my intention to disparage you or your company, I am just trying to get back what Is rightfully mine. I will gladly change these posts if my refund is received.
However, if it is not, you leave me no alternative but too seek legal council, reach out to government agencies such as the Attorney General, the Bureau of Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau. Additionally, I will also continue to use every outlet of social media to warn others of your poor, unethical and deceptive business practices.

He never showed me the features of this one bureau. It has a nightlight built underneath of it that I didn’t know about and it also had ports in the back to plug-in a TV cell phone etc. When the furniture was delivered I was told about these features. The lightbulb never worked. It took me over three weeks of constantly calling the store to set up a time to get it fixed. I was told by the salesman to turn the bureau over, by myself, to fix the bulb I told him that was impossible. She was very nice but it was another week before I was able to get back to her to try to schedule a man from Philadelphia that they were going to send to my home. Got discount due to this which made me thought this retailer was the greatest furniture retailer in the area. After got the bed, found out that one of the bed is different than what we talked about when placed an order.
