Without going into detail I went to this Verizon on the Black horse Pike in Egg Harbor Township near Loweās, and was treated terribly by the help. Iām not sure if youāre allowed to say who did it but I can also say that the manager was extremely unprofessional as well! My situation was a bit different because I had multiple phones to buy and I had to run the new plan past the person who manages the account for our group. The sales person literally told me I was difficult, extremely insulting! And when I asked if we could put the two iPhones 13pro on two separate receipts he threw his hands in the air and literally said he was done with me and he had already gotten through most of the typing and then he wasnāt starting over again. I have never been so humiliated in my life! They do not belong being in business⦠They made it very clear to me that they donāt make any money off of selling the phones. Isnāt that crazy? Maybe the owner of that particular franchise should be made aware of how rude their help is! Youāre in business youāre selling phones and you make no money off of them??! They did not care if they had my business or not and they said that to me! Believe me I will never step foot in that store again! By the way the manager began to yell at me in a very loud voice when I whispered could you please lower your voice I am embarrassed by you yelling at me⦠He apologized and lowered his voice⦠I should not have had to ask him not to yell at the customer because I was asking questions because I am not up-to-date on computers and iPhones! Arenāt they there to answer our questions?? I needed to be educated about my purchase⦠After all it was a 36 month commitment for to iPhone 13 Proās which are not cheap! I was so upset when I got home and so humiliated that I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went in needing a new SIM card according to Verizon tech support. When I walked in 1 rep was on the floor helping a customer, he signed me in and said there was 1 person ahead of me. I sat down and there was another customer who said the woman who was helping him just left in the middle of helping him(never saying a word to him)....she came back apparently took her lunch break and went back on floor (now 2 reps on the floor). 3 more groups of people walked in after me, so this makes 5 people waiting. After waiting about 30 minutes I asked the people who were ahead of me how long they were waiting, they were close to an hour. 2 more people came walking out from the back, according to the female rep they were managers. They didn't say a word to anyone and went over to a wall and started resetting the wall display. I asked the manager if it was possible that he help out as we all were waiting an incredibly long time. Kyle who is the manager told me he was also busy (he was taking accessories off the wall). Another customer chimed in as well agreeing. He basically told us what he was doing was more important than helping customers. If it hadn't been for the fact that my service wasn't connected and I was waiting so long I would have left. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly nice and I felt so bad for him having to deal with the madness in the store as his manager did "busy work". I understand that corporate probably requires the managers to have this work done but I would hope they want their customers put first. Kyle was incredibly rude and extremely dismissive of all of us customers. I am a family of 8 paying a lot of money to Verizon a month, I'm sure losing us as a customer isn't going to hurt the store but I will never return...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been with Verizon for a long time, admittedly I am not well informed about the latest technology when it comes to tablets. I wanted to add a line for a tablet for my daughter's birthday. The woman who works at this Verizon seemed very annoyed about my questions about tablets. She was using technical terms and referring to items by proprietary names which I am not familiar, so I asked more questions than I guess she was used to. She got visibly annoyed and even rolled her eyes at my questions. My main concerns were the cost my phone bill would go up and the total cost for the tablet. I thought those were reasonable questions. I had previously gotten my father an ipad mini and had it on my plan so I was looking for something similar. She initially tried to sell me the $1000 ipad which I don't need for an 8 year old. I asked following up questions about ipads and they were more than I wanted to spend, since we have android phones I asked about android tablets. I guess after not buying the $1000 ipad she was not interested in selling me an Android, she went in the back to supposedly check on the Androids but never came back out. I went to Target and got a tablet for a very good price from them instead. My last experience with Verizon before this was buying a new phone online and it was simple and painless. I strongly suggest you avoid this location and just go online or check different retail outlets, my experience was rude, uninformative, and I was unable to buy the item I specifically...
