This is quite literally the worst dining experience we have ever had, got there was happy to wait the 45 minute wait for the two us. It was 5:40 when we got in. Let us preface this by saying we did come on Valentineās Day and expected a longer wait than usual and was happy to do that. As soon as we got here no one came up to take our drink order for about 15 minutes. We put our sushi in at this time as well around 5:50 We continuously waited for the server to come take our order and he would not come to take it until the couple seated next to us(we got seated at sushi bar) decided to leave since theyāve been waiting an hour for their food only for the waiter to come back and say he didnāt know what happened and the order was never put in. The only reason our entree order was even taken is because the couple next to us told the server as they were leaving no one took our order yet, so he had no choice. The whole time we were there waiting 3 different couples got up and left due to the horrible service and absolutely no one coming up to them. You could see the whole dining room was annoyed and i donāt think a single soul in the dining room had their entrees. It was absolutely ridiculous and people were also standing waiting this whole time to be seated. I donāt understand since the hibachi room has a different staff and their food gets cooked in front of them, so what was the problem?We finally received the sushi we ordered at 5:50 at 7:00. Our entree came at about 7:20 and as soon as we got it we told the waiter we donāt have any eating utensils not even chopsticks and he said we would be right back with them. Ten minutes go by and the food we waited 2 hours for that was not even hot was getting even colder bc we had no way to eat it. The server was behind the sushi bar giggling with a coworker and I had no choice but to speak up and ask again.We had to literally beg this server to take our order, bring back a refill of a drink that we didnāt even ask him for, and for eating utensils. He was just extremely inattentive and seemed miserable. I was just astounded how it could be this bad when they had 3 servers in the dining room that had a barely any tables to begin with. By the time we got our entrees we boxed them up and just asked for the check because we simple did not even want to be there and felt horrible for the couples that have been standing waiting for over an hour. I think they single-handedly ruined everyoneās Valentineās Day dinner in that room, we totaled 3 hours at this place . Clearly this place cannot handle busy nights in the slightest and seems to prioritize take out orders over the people sitting for hours in the restaurant. The Brown Sugar Tea we ordered the waiter didnt know about it so i guess he decided not to write it down anymore so we have to follow up for 6 times !!!! There are 2 more orders Iāve mentioned and he was so clueless saying I dont think we have that in the Menu ?!! Like what ???? Where the hell does he think I read those ???? So i still have to go to that page and point it out to him ā¦ šŖš¤§š¤Æ
Lastly we asked for take out box ⦠and guess what ????? They gave us one that was dirty and seems like used and just washed !!!! I donāt know how long will they be in business but Iām just hoping that everyone who eats here or order here will Not get stomach problems after š¤®

I explained to the staff member who took my order that I needed to substitute salmon with imitation crab because I have an allergy. I was quoted a 30 minute wait, but ended up having to wait almost 50 minutes all for the server to bring me a bag with the wrong order in it. Once they took the time to ask what my order actually was, they realized it had already been sitting out on the counter by the pick up area. (Essentially I was standing there waiting for someone elseās order.) I made it all the way home to find out that raw salmon had still been used for my order. I called very calmly and explained the issue, and requested the entire order be re-made as I can not trust eating anything in the same container with the raw fish⦠I sent my husband to pick up the food for me while he was out running errands. When he returned an hour later with a single roll of sushi (I got the 3 roll lunch special, everything was in one container together) I called the restaurant again because I donāt think thatās fair.. I paid for the 3 rolls, which I was unable to eat because it was mixed with raw fish.. I asked for the whole order to be remade again. So now I paid for 3 rolls but was only served one that I could actually eat? Because someone didnāt take the time to read (or write down) my important special instructions as to not have an allergy attack?!
