I was shopping around for a mattress and ended up checking out Mattress Warehouse. I didn't necessarily have the intention of buying a mattress from them at first, but their salesman, Patrick, was a great help! As soon as I stepped in I was greeted promptly by Patrick who was very knowledgeable and introduced me to their bedMatch system. We ended up trying about 4 different mattresses based on the recommendation of the bedMatch system. Which was pretty spot on, the beds I tried were almost perfect until I met the right match with the third bed. Overall, I had a really good experience in a informative and pressure free environment with great sales and customer service. I ended up purchasing a mattress, an adjustable base, and probably the coldest pillow I ever rested my head on. The best part, I was able to get it all delivered the next day! We went to the Egg Harbor Township store 2 days ago and had a great experience. Our sales associate was Mike, he was very friendly, he took his time with us and walked us through the whole process. We weren’t sure what type of mattress would wanted so Mike recommended that we do the bed match to see what mattresses would be best for us. After the recommendations were printed out he walked us to each mattress and explained the construction of each one. He was very helpful and patient as we laid on each bed, some multiple times. After we chose our mattress, Mike made the buying process simple and quick and our mattress set was delivered this morning. We could not be happier.
