Still have not heard back on when our bed is coming and have already spoken to a manager/lead, and written to the email that RF is suggesting as a response to everyone here who posts a negative review - so they don't respond to that either.
I want to express how extremely disappointed I am in RF delivery of our bedroom set. We placed an order on 4/27. We received contact a couple weeks ago to schedule delivery for this past week. We got a call at 7am when our delivery was supposed to come at 8:30am. The message said they were not delivering ANY of the furniture because one piece from the bed was missing???!
We donated our entire bedroom set to prepare for this delivery. Therefore, our clothes are on the floor (dresser gone) mattress on the floor (bed gone) and our phones and lamps on the floor (nightstands gone) in preparation for this delivery. I have so many questions that lead me to so much disappointment in RF.
Why would they not load the rest of the furniture onto the truck and bring it?! -My husband and I both took of work and pay to wait for the arrival and they decided at the last minute not to deliver anything because one piece was missing?
Why would RF not check the inventory of the items to be delivered before they schedule the delivery?! They wait to check the order contents until the morning of. scratching my head Your logistics are ineffective for a proper delivery. I am now told I have to wait 9-10 MORE weeks for the entire bed. While we sleep on the floor like teenagers.
They are now delivering half of the order (night stands/dresser) a week later? We deserve a large credit for mistake that could have been completely avoided by a very simple logistics plan in the warehouse.
Why did the manager (Marylynn at extension 11340) NEVER call us back after telling us she would when she figured out where our new bed was coming from and how she could expedite it?! a very bad impression of your customer service, especially in a case like this. Have since sent in an email, still waiting and have heard nothing.
Why were we told we would be credited our full delivery charge and only received part of it? On top of the fact that that $298 amount is not a courtesy refund considering that we shouldn't be paying for delivery that never came to us. That is an expected refund for a job that was not done.
I would strongly suggest calling us back .... I would expect at least half of the bed cost to be refunded. We will now be on a mattress on the floor for the next two and half months - I guess if it even comes. I haven't heard back for this item that I have already paid for IN FULL.
RF doesn't have a smart logistics plan in place whereby they check their delivery inventory BEFORE setting up a scheduled delivery day/time. It is just baffling to me for a furniture store of this size...

I was told it would be delivered to me by mid August. The couch I ordered came earlier than expected (July). The couch that ended up being delivered to me was the wrong couch. Due to being financed through Raymour, when the couch was delivered my payments also started. I was told payments couldnât be stopped and I had to pay for it or obviously my credit would be affected. I was also advised that I should consider myself âluckyâ that the couch was delivered earlier than expected even though itâs the wrong piece of furniture. (By Mo the manager) Fast forward to September, I am still waiting on my correct couch. The delivery date keeps getting pushed pack and I have to find that out by contacting Raymour myself. No one has been reaching out to me to keep me informed. I have reached out to Raymour 4 times now requesting a regional manager to contact me since July and no one has gotten back to me. I am upset that I am making payments on a couch that I do not have and no one knows the real date when it will be in. I ordered the couch in May so I would have it delivered before my due date ( I am pregnant). I will now have to have strangers in my home delivering the couch when it is finally ready with a newborn here. This is what I wanted to completely avoid. I also spoke to the store manager about compensation for all this since the couch was by no means cheap and I still donât know if or when I will receive it. He stated I would be compensated but canât tell me when or even how. I donât honestly believe it nor do I think anyone cares about this situation. We purchased a sectional about 8 months ago and I will give the staff credit in that the sales people are helpful and friendly and the customer service people we've spoken to are polite. The couch comes with a lot of features, heated seats, usb charging, etc. The charging ports have never worked, there's only 3 of us so we don't usually fill all the space but we discovered the wedge section is broken, an armless section that's been sat in maybe a dozen time has broken structurally, you can't use it and the heating pads have failed. We reported all of these issues in January and they sent a service tech out a little over 3 weeks ago who was here for maybe 10 minutes and said this would take hours to fix, he has to take a bunch of it apart and we would get a text to reschedule service. We called twice since then, over a 3 week period and nothing has happened. One customer service rep said that the heating pad parts are still 2 or 3 weeks out but we can't sit in two sections of the couch because they're physically broken. They're not replacing them just repairing them so it shouldn't take 6 weeks, assuming we get that call or text in 3 weeks. So we requested to split the ticket, get someone out here to fix the two broken sections and then we'll get the heating pads and USBs replaced when the parts are in. The gentleman said he would take care of it and we should hear something soon but that was 10 days ago so I assume no one is calling. We also mentioned the horrible pilling that is going on with the couch and they said it's fabric upholstery so that's normal but at this price we didn't expect it to be so bad after just a few months.
