Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in El Centro

I love cold stone, but this one in El Centro; my daughter and I were in town celebrating an achievement and decided to go get some ice cream but oh no the lady that was attending she was so rude. I asked for my ice cream and she was so bothered by it that I didn’t even end up having what I would have liked, and when it was my daughter’s turn, she was soo rude and unfriendly that my daughter seemed so anxious and asked me to order her ice cream then I told this lady, can you be more friendly? Bad customer service from Abby. I was waiting in line and Abby skipped me to give out a cake order to the person that came after me. The person even acknowledged I came in first and Abby ignored her and continued to ask her for her pickup order. Once she was done she walked away, didn’t acknowledge me, apologize for the wait nor tell me someone would be with me shortly. She just walked away. The cookies and cream ice cream tasted like bland over sweetened plastic, but the chocolate was good. The staff seemed more concerned about talking to each other than the customer. We didn't have our minds made up right away, and our server walked away several times throughout our order.
