Taco Bell — Restaurant in El Centro

UPDATE. After checking my bank account I see I WAS ALSO OVER CHARGED! I was charged $9.94 for 2 crunchwrap Supremes. I asked for fresco style (replace cheese and sour cream with pico de gallo) on my items and they only put 5 tomato pieces or less on each. You would think with an entire staff of mexican employees that somebody there would know what pico de gallo is. I've made this same order 100s of times at other location and never dealt with such incompetence. I would go elsewhere. Plenty of other choices where people can figure out a simple job making...

I went through the drive thru. I was told that I couldn't get what I wanted because I would need to order online. What kind of customer service is that? I was at the physical location of the business, but was told to go online. How absurd. I had to order something else. The order taker talked so fast that I couldn't understand what she was saying. Went through the drive through yesterday(8-3-23, about 5-6pmish)The cashier was so kind and respectful.The food came out quick and accurate. When I got home and opened the box I got way too happy about how neatly wrapped it was as well as the food inside the wrapper. Whomever you have working in the food assembly at that time give them a raise! Seriously it's so refreshing. Also I had to use the restroom after I got my food so I parked and went in.
