Very hit and miss. The staff is friendly, but they just don't have very much in terms of variety. The wallets and hats tend to be 10 rows of the exact same, and 5 or less of other subjects (example: 10 rows of Batman wallets, 6 bands other characters on 5 more rows). Spencer's had better selection a few years back. Also the adult section needs some kind of division. I see way too many kids...
