This Starbucks at the corner of northbound Imperial & Bradshaw in Imperial Valley is by far the cleanest coffee shop I have ever visited! The moment you walk in, you notice the mysterious yet welcoming ambiance, a perfect place t relax with your favorite drink. The staff is always friendly and attentive, making every all my visits enjoyable . Really poor service!!! I went to get 2 venti iced matcha green tea lattes. When I got to the window, the girl tried to give me my drinks and I realized that they were not even full. She passed them to another girl that her solution was; putting on more ice to them...!! I told the girl in the window"Hey I ordered them with light Ice, and I'm telling you about not being full, and your coworker solutions was putting in more ice?" She gave me the looks, and she didn't even apologize, she just went to the back and closed the Window. When I got the drinks, guess what? It was not my 7 scoops of matcha anymore. horrible management. First of all , the manager is super rude . I had this worker charge me triple times 6 dollars for a 3 dollar drink, which its okay, i know mistakes happen, i obviously decided to let the manager know in a respectful way. She had a lot of attitude by the start, didnt apologize or at least have made up the inconvenience, she still charged my 2nd drink 7 dollars after.
