Came in on the 23rd of June to get the ball rolling on getting my wifi installed, and here I am nearly halfway through July with absolutely nothing I was quoted fulfilled. Didn't receive email or text updates, wifi has failed to be installed (told the signal was too weak and a ticket was filed, zero updates on that situation and basically ghosted by the installer all week) phone has not been delivered, and the cherry on top is that because this process has taken so long I'm now outside of the promotional window to get the original bundle I was quoted, which I was told could no longer be honored. Had to spend two hours on the line with customer service the other night just to arrange for someone to come back and install (again) and I have very little faith that's going to go well. What was the point of coming into the store and speaking to a person only to be jerked around like this? Feels like my time has been wasted and I'm out hundreds paying for data because my neither my wifi nor my phone have been delivered....
Read moreI had a very confusing problem with our account. I came to this site where i was immediately greeted and helped by Cody. I was very stressed out and embarrassed due to how much more complex i made the problem, but they made me feel comfortable to ask for help. Their manager Brandon had to take over because of how complex the issue was. My account was fixed almost immediately. My phone service took a while, but Brandon was always updating me on the progress. Today, i am happy to say everything is now settled, and Angelina helped me wrap this up. I am truly thankful to them.

I recently took advantage of a deal to have 1 year of free cell service (only pay tax) if I bundle my Xfinity Internet with my cell phone.
However, when I tried to complete the service transfer from T-Mobile to Xfinity via online chat with an Xfinity agent, I had problems getting my phone to work and it was locked in SOS mode as of yesterday, which was a huge problem!
