Reason to avoid : 1) they serve priority for Toyota employee first and say “Thank you” to those with suit and uniform! I doubt those high working class paid lot of routine tips to them or either fix their Toyota vehicle for free…. 2) I try to look for my other on the pick up corner, by careful turning the cup see if my name on the one of coffee cup sticker, inside barista lady raise her voice “not yours”! Then she turn her back without ask my name, later a mechanic guy maybe her boyfriend came pick up and she flirt with him! 3) most of customer pick up order work unhappy faces. And no “thank you” words! But “thank you have a good day” to every longo employee! I prefer AI or robotic coffee in the future!...

Great service! However, I asked for light ice. But I got a lot. I asked for light ice on my drink because I ordered the summer skies drink. I had to ask for an extra cup because of this rude girl who said “sorry”, but I was still not happy because she had given me attitude. This was today on 07/27 at 4:30.
