I don't know if it's the training they're receiving now to rush customers or the manager just doesn't care about customer service.. the young woman serving, seemed like she was mad to be there on a Sunday, it's a holiday, I get it, but why be rude and unprofessional by Rushing you through your menu, then before i decided on my entrees, she tossed my plate to the next employee and she said, "they'lltake care of you" then the young man backing her up, just gives me a total, way before asking if it was dine in or to go. Didnt even offer drinks, i had to let him know, two drinks and we still wanted sides, there's no condiments out, you have to ask for them, but get in line to get two hot sauces, I wouldn't mind if I was by my self, but I had my Daughter with me, she made her feel uncomfortable by Rushing her, "anything else?" , "what else?" At the same time she's asking me what I want, note that it wasn't busy at the time. People did arrive after me, but this is an ongoing problem with all places, this young people think they can give attitude just to anyone. Read moreandres and isreal both males were very racist to me when i came in Christmas eve on the 24 ,i came in and i was the only one in the line, i was told they were closing but mind you i came in at 7:00 and closing time was 8 thays btw. i asked for a thereaki chicken but they didn't have it so i asked for the honey walnut and this is where it got interesting they told me people ordered before i did in the drive through but no one was there just one car but suspiciously they were packing in alot of food on the 2go plate for themself i guess. Read moreI was park in the business area besides Coronado High School, close to Mesa street .After few minutes a women with the Panda Express uniform went to my car and asked me in short manner if I was waiting for food or delivery, I told her not , she asked me if I was waiting for a student to what I answered yes . She then used a very aggressive way to addressed me and told me that I was blocking Panda Express clients , o indicated her, there was no sign about pick up or Panda Express and that’s why I parked there , she raised her voice more and pointed to a small sign at the other side of the parking area . I perceived that she was trying to humiliate me raising her voice , tone and manner . I understand companies have some parking rules , will help to identify the parking spots they use .
