Overall: 3.5/5 (dine in) We came around 11:30 AM to order lunch and they didn't have a lot of items that we wanted. They didn't have kale noodles, salad, cilantro, or salmon. If a store is going to open at 11 AM, I expect the advertised food to be available. The food should be prepped before opening or the night before. It's not a good business model to not have - say - salmon which is a huge part of the menu, especially if you're a poke place. Poke Your Way Regular: We got a regular bowl with 2 scoops of ahi tuna since there were no other proteins we wanted. You can choose your base, mix-ins, toppings, and sauces. For the base, since they didn't have kale noodles or salad, we got half white rice and half brown rice. The rice was really good, especially the brown rice since it wasn't dry at all. For the mix-ins, we got cucumbers, sweet onions, edamame, pineapple, mango, & mandarin orange. The fruits gave the bowl a delicious sweetness that went well with the ahi tuna. For the sauces, we got umami shoyu, sweet shoyu, and a little bit of the spicy serrano aioli. The flavors are what made the bowl really good because the ahi tuna wasn't that fresh. For the toppings, we got surimi (crab) salad, masago, green onions, pickled ginger, wasabi, & furikake. For the crunch, we got onion crisps, garlic crisps, & shredded nori. Everything went well together. If you're not that hungry or eat a little for lunch, you can split this bowl with someone else.

We love Pokeworks, but we dread coming here if there is a line. If there are 1-2 people in front of you, it will take at least 5-10 minutes to get through the line. If there are more than two people in front of you, plan on being there for at least 15-20 minutes just to get your food. I do not recommend coming here if you’re in a rush because you will get super frustrated. A lot of the ingredients are empty so the staff will have to go to the back or open the refrigerator to get more and it takes time. The same person who makes your bowl also has to then ring the customer up at the register so that also slows the process down. Tonight, it was so dark in there, you couldn’t even see your food. Not sure if they forgot to turn all the lights on or if it’s always that dark. I also do not recommend ordering online from the app because even though it’s quicker, when we do that, our bowl is so small that I can finish it in 10 bites. The food is good, but the ordering process is dreadful.

I had ordered 2 plates last night. And they were horrendous. Below I’ll be attaching the photos of what was expected and how it came out. Myself I got a Huli huli plate and saw the person make it in a crockpot the chicken looked grey with squishy consistency no sauce and tasted off, as for the macaroni salad it tasted sour. For the second plate it was a dynamite shrimp plate. The shrimp was torched in front of us and didn’t come out fully cooked tasted more raw like, also no sauce and sour macaroni. Overall I had a poor experience for my first time visit my chicken seemed expired or pre prepared was not how the pictured advertised with no sauce, the shrimp was practically raw with no sauce and both had expired to sour macaroni salad.

Absolutely Love the food but today was a different day, I ordered through the app put in my order at 5:20 p.m. and it said it was ready at 5:35 so I went inside used the restroom and was waiting for my order, I understand I’m not the only person ordering but then 10 min passed and still waiting, then 2 DoorDashers came in also they were waiting for there orders, so I was like my order should be in the making , and no so I waited 5 more min then there was like 2 people ordering and I saw that they were already making my order , everything fine so me and my husband were waiting we got our order was going to eat outside when I opened the bag my order was wrong , went inside and told the employee (girl) that my order was not made correctly, she asked for the receipt 🧾 went and grabbed it then she told me that she’ll take me the correct order, then went back outside, she came outside and told us the order was correct, then I went back inside and they were insisting that the order was correct when it was not, then I asked for a refund the lady and girl employee told me that they can’t do it in the restaurant that I had to do it online, so my husband told them to make the order that it was fine, so I think the girl was pissed off gave attitude, so we went to go sit down , heard they were still gossiping and laughing. Waited another 5 min , it was going to be 6:10 she the girl came and handed the order rudely with an attitude like if I was the one wrong, that I know of the customer is always right, how are you going to come tell the customer that it’s the correct order went I’m looking at the order and it’s totally wrong. I really love this place but today was not it, we need better customer service , and not argue with customers. If You were the customer at another place and waited an hour for your order and to not get what you asked for sure you would also be pissed off , I really hope u never go through this , have a great day ! You Can Do...

This spot is usually my favorite because of how fresh the food and taste is. I’m a frequent customer and over the years I’ve spent a lot of money here. I use the rewards app they have. Today I was being helped by a new trainee that was most likely recently hired. As I was checking out I used my 9 dollar credit through my rewards app. She must’ve pressed the wrong button because I had given her a 20 and on the receipt it said I paid the exact amount which was 6 dollars. That was incorrect and one of the other employees who wasn’t new said they had to redo the checkout and receipt. He added everything again and was charging me correctly but wasn’t able to add my 9 dollar credit because it was already used up on the first incorrect transaction. I asked him twice if he could just manually add the discount and he kept saying that unfortunately he wasn’t able to do so. He did not go out of his way to remedy the situation he did offer me 10 percent off. Honestly the money is not the issue but the way he treated the situation and customer service was completely unfair. I followed all the policies to earn those 9 dollars technically they owe me 9 dollars through the rewards system. I feel disappointed and as someone who is extremely polite I didn’t want to make a scene or fight the man. I will say this is the last time I go to this establishment and the last time I...
