I am a regular and only go to this location and have never had a problem until today. I had received horrible service from the gentleman in glasses making the online orders. I had placed an order and received confirmation that it was ready but when I went to pick it up it wasnât on the shelf. I saw this worker making an order my size and asked him if it was mine bc it wasnât on the shelf and I also had a question about the QR code on the app for next time. He very bluntly interrupted and told me not itâs âMathewâsâ and that the QR code was âout of his controlâ. Thatâs fine no problem, I pull out my app to show him then he walked away without saying anything. I assumed maybe he was getting help but came back later and started making food again so I step back thinking it was mine. It wasnât he called me over a few minutes later asking for my name and I sat down. About 7 minutes passes I see other people picking up their orders as I see 3 bowls on the counter. Iâm watching as I see him leave the counter and start working on the cash register while another lady does the take out. She finally finishes the other orders then packs the bowls and leaves the bag there. Thatâs when I got up and asked if those were mine and she lets me know that sheâs not sure bc she didnât make them so I ask the man who I spoke to and he comes up to me and says my name back to me very rudely like I was wasting his time. I say thank you and walk out bc I was starving at this point and just wanted to eat. Then I get home and my food is freezing đ. The only professional worker was the gentlemen in the cashier section, who even helped me gather napkins and a fork so I wouldnât get in more trouble with his coworker. But they recently hired this brown haired girl who is utterly rude. A woman in front of me had a large order, and I understand things get frustrating from working in food services myself, but she took her anger and frustration out on my burrito, put maybe half a scoop of queso (which I pay extra for) and when my burrito ripped she didn't even try to fix it. Every time we moved to a different section she just looked at me with such haste and slapped the ingredients on my burrito. I will never eat here when she is working. I wish she had her name tag on so I could specifically ask when she's not working. Other than that employee, everything here is great and very clean.
