The whole “you walk in not knowing what you want or wanting soemthing specific and walking out with soemthing completely different than what you had in mind…” is 10000% correct and not a lie. First time bride here. Was nervous but excited cause of all the reviews I read pre booking an appointment. I took my disabled grandma and MIL,my mom and a great family friend and we were all welcomed with smiles and genuine kindness and even excitement from Miriam. She asked me questions got to know me a bit and almost right on the dot got a dress that I was skeptical to try on but made me feel comfort enough to try it on…. And surprise surprise…. I loved it. I tried on about 6/7 dresses. We played the elimination game and in the end left with a gorgeous dress well within my price range. She offered me a few dresses out of my price range but was very understanding when I told her I want to stay within my $. She and no other staff members didn’t try to make me feel bad about not getting soemthing more expensive or trying on something out of my price range which made it feel very genuine to be there and even more excited when I started crying in the dress that just fit my body perfectly. Jarib was also such a great help. You can tell he’s passionate and knows his stuff. Overall, my experience was magnificent … I wanted to stay to try on more dresses cause they were all beautiful and everyone was just full of beauty and fun energy. I had the best experience today! Prior to traveling to Bridal Novias I had given them a call. They were super respectful, patient and honest about their services, price range and selection. They made sure to inform me of their busy days and encouraged me to make an appointment which really showed they valued my time. Upon arrival I was greeted with a huge smile and care. I felt welcomed and nurtured! This team thrives on time management and service. A great sign of great leadership and management. I was them greeted by Sylvia who took me in as her own. She looked at my price range, made sure to ask about dress inspiration, respected my non-negotiables while also being professional about sharing her knowledge of dresses, make and market. Modesty was my primary concern and Sylvia understood my vision. She picked out my first option and sure enough I tried it on and it was my dress. Sylvia and another consultant worked as a team to find me the most beautiful veil to go with my dress. She made sure to stick to my budget and really took care of me. This is definitely the place to go if you are looking for someone who cares and understands you and isn’t just trying to sell you a dress. Sylvia’s goal was to help me find my dream dress. Truly God sent! The client service is just impressive. Sylvia went above and beyond and carried my dress to my car post purchase. This team makes you feel special and celebrated.
