Hana Banana — Restaurant in El Paso

I turned 27 on Friday and was really craving some delicious Crepes. I’m new to Texas so I wanted to make sure I found a place that had great reviews. I came across Hana Banana and although some of the reviews said the customer service was not so great, the comments about the crepes themselves were really good so my husband and I decided to give the place a try. We showed up on Friday at around noon and I told the young girl working it was my first time at Hana Banana and she just stared at me blankly and didn’t really give me any direction as to how to order or what they had (huge customer service fail IMO). I started looking at the menu myself and then began asking questions. The employee who was “helping” me answered but was not very friendly or offered any kind of smile. Not that she owed me a smile, but it would have been nice being I’m a new (and excited) customer. After I got my crepe I noticed the bananas and strawberries that were used were no longer good (they were on the older, smushy side) and I was disappointed. I half ate my birthday treat but I was sad about the entire experience. I was hoping to have a really great start to my birthday and a really great crepe. I got neither of those. I guess check out the fruit before you order or ask if they have anything fresh...

Came tonight for a crepe and three coffees, one of them was supposed to be iced. The crepe was given to us fast but they had like a rush right after which was understandable that it was going to take longer to get our coffees but I was seeing that they were taking the orders after us first…like handling them crepes…literally took about half an hour to get two hot lattes and what was supposed to be an iced coffee and when we were given the coffees the one that was supposed to be iced was given hot…I got very upset because they took so long to gives us the coffees and they still manage to mess the order up…literally this place is only good to get crepes, don’t try to get anything else.. they’ll take forever and...

The place that I go to if I have a sweet tooth. Crepes, waffles, ice cream, and shakes. What else is there not to crave?

Crepes they have can be sweet or savory. I personally go for the sweet crepes with fruit, whipped cream, and a fudge sauce.

The waffles are large, fluffy, crunchy, and soft. If you can just get the waffle and get fried chicken somewhere else, it'll be dream.

The banana shakes are thick, banana-sweet, and with the flavors they they have, you can expect to find your favorite.

The health juices do make you feel good after taking a sip. I have not tried them all, but the cleanser juice was pretty good.

They also have boba, expect a clean taste...
