m very disappointed with the customer service at this Dairy Queen, especially from an employee named Dulce. I placed two separate orders for Blizzards, and when we got them, two were nearly completely melted. I politely asked if they could be remade, and Dulce told me I would have to pay again. I told her I wasn’t going to pay twice for something they made wrong. She acted as if I was trying to get free Blizzards, which was incredibly insulting—especially since I had already paid.
She reluctantly remade them, but with an attitude, and somehow made them even worse. She blamed it on the ingredients, showing zero accountability.
What bothered me more than the melted Blizzards was how I was treated. The staff clearly lacks basic customer service training, and Dulce's behavior was rude and unprofessional. I’ve been to many other Dairy Queens and never had this issue.
I will not return to this location and I urge management to train employees better—both in product preparation and how to respectfully handle...
Read moreThe whole ordeal today was frustrating. The drive thru attendant was an ass. My daughter and I ordered a simple 5 buck lunch and chicken strip meal with no drink. This guy forgot the chicken strip meal when repeating it back. Once he got it right, I arrived at the window and he had the worst attitude. All frustrated he asked me what I had and even then he gave me the wrong meal. He handed me a box of tacos instead of the chicken. Once I brought it to his attention he angrily took the box, asked me what I had and then said he needed the other bag. My daughter was already eating. I told him this and he said. "well I gave you a bigger burger." I apologized but my daughter was already eating. He walked away and came back, only to hand me another box. Read moreWell came for lunch and food was OK but saw that in their cups they say DOWNLOAD THE APP GET A FREE BLIZZARD TREAT OR HUNGER -BUSTER i proceeded to do so but no where in the app did it said i had a free reward for downloading it went to the employees and asked if what the cup said was corect and manager told me i had to download the new Blue app mind you i asked the manager if what the cup said was true & so i proceeded to download the new app and i see no free reward again so i go up to the counter once again to ask and then a differnet manager said it was not correct now why do ALL THE CUPS ALL OF THEM say the same thing i could of just bought the icecream which i did but why are they promoting that and dont HONOR what their cups say and the manager could have just simply told me its not true or it was no longer a working promotion why make me download the new app and make me go through the signup process 😒...
