CPR Cell Phone Repair — Local services in El Paso

I chose this place because they had the best price and knowledge for my type of phone which isn't common at all. I paid for the repair and was told to come back Wednesday of the following week, to find out just one of the parts I needed was ordered. They went ahead with the repair leading my front camera to be faulty, my fingerprint did not work, and my phone was overheating all the time. The worker from the tmobile store had informed me this would happen if they didn't have the second piece which I paid for feom the beginning and to bring it back if I was unhappy and he could make me an appointment. I am extremely satisfied with both the gentleman and the young lady that worked in the store, the only inconvenience is that repairs were always only on Wednesdays at around 7pm, which for someone who works long hours is impractical. However getting it back after the second repair with the new pieces my phone works just as good as new. The service was great and overall I highly recommend for price and customer service. I hate using cases sometimes, which is why I have broken quite a few iPhones. Speaking from experience some places are hit or miss. Usually I would go to the Apple Store. A simple glass repair for an iPhone 8 can cost you over $150. Honestly, the Apple store in El Paso is probably one of the worst in our country. Most of the employees know less than you do on your iPhone and appointments can take up to a week. I called around a couple of local shops, one place was reasonable, but terrible customer service. The technician at that shop also wanted to keep my phone over night, which is obviously would make anyone uncomfortable. America Mobile, was quick, I was able to get a fair and reasonable price. My iPhone looked brand new again. I also appreciated how knowledgeable the owner was and the great customer service. There were quite a few customers ahead of me, but I was out within the hour. I hope to not break my phone anytime soon, but if I do, which let's not kid ourselves, I definitely know I can get it...

I had gone to this agency of cellular phone services twice, first to get information about Simple Mobile, then I went back with my wife’s and my phones to get services with Simple Mobile started (the phones were compatible with Simple Mobile). Both times the personnel was very friendly, professional and helpful. Since I never had a smart phone before, I needed considerable help in learning some of the most basic issues such as installing WhatsApp. When I asked about getting an account for my wife and for me and automatic pay set up, the woman who helped us did both for us and I have since then learned more to use the phone and to see our accounts on the internet. It was a pleasure getting first all the relevant information and later having the service started and a couple of Apps installed. After bad experiences with other businesses, I felt that this company and this agency gave really an excellent service at a very good price.
