I went thair looking for a prom dresses. It was a little late 10 min before closing. Thair whear 2 woman thair. I I believe was a manager and an employee. I walked in with my brother and I was looking around they Whear giving me wierd looks I alredy felt uncomfortable. I let the store to wait for my mom to go in with me. She finally arrived and I tried on 2 dresses. My brother was drinking a drink and the manager came up and Asked if we touched any dresses because she would have to charge us since he was drinking a water!! I went to the dressing room with 2 dresses one of the dresss strings was ripped we let the girl know and she told the Mayer I ripped it as if she was in the dressing room with me. She came up to my mom I was still trying on another dress and they told her she had to pay it was $300. My mom refused because it was alredy like that. They left it like that and started being very rude I felt very uncomfortable. I loved the 2 dress but I was to scared to even get it because of what happend they rushed us out and I understand they Whear about yo close I work as well and I do sometimes get upset when we are getting closer to closing and people are walking in. Four weeks past, I called and was told the dress is taking longer than expected but they would call me. Another 3 weeks went by so I called and was told the dress came in but it wasn’t the size I ordered (too small), the vendor messed up. They gave me two options: re-order and wait for the dress again (ETA two weeks) or get a refund on the deposit. The quince was a month away at that point so I told them I’d call them back so I could weigh my options. Later that day after finding the exact dress at another store (pure luck!), I called back and ask for a refund. This time I spoke to the manager who told me a refund was not an option, they only offer store credit.
