Ceviche Bar — Restaurant in El Paso

The restaurant offered a sample as we walked by and it was really good! I had a ceviche tostada and it was really nice- a good lime flavor and a nice selection of hot sauces. (The fact that they have black label Valentina suggests they know what’s up!) My son had the kids pizza which he was happy with!

I recently visited the ceviche bar on the West Side, and while it has potential, it didn’t quite live up to my expectations, especially when compared to the East Side location. The flavors weren’t as vibrant, and the presentation felt a bit rushed. Service was decent, but overall the experience just didn’t match the freshness and quality I’ve come to expect.
