Blue Collar Shaved Ice — Restaurant in El Paso

Omg! The best shaved ice snow cone I have ever had! Had the medium (which was huge) mango and coconut with condensed milk. Heaven. Perfectly shaved ice. No icebergs. My teen daughters loved them too! As an added bonus we caught happy hour with discounts on all treats. And the young man behind the counter was a delight. A person who took his craft and customer service to heart. And yes, it is a craft to make the shaved ice the way he did and to make sure the customer is satisfied which we were. I don't usually do reviews but I felt obligated to do this one. Take my word for it a must stop...

Me and my family was invited to try a free sample. After eating it and walking around, we knew that we had to come back and actually buy one. The polar ice flavors are heavenly! I had tried the grape flavor as a free sample and it was incredible, but personally I’m absolutely in love with the blue raspberry. Their flavors are nothing compared to the other local snow cone/shaved ice establishments, if you want real tasting and delicious shaved ice, I definitely recommend this...

Stopped by on a whim, and ordered a variety of items. We got a shaved ice, polar ice, churros, and a waffle sundae. Everything was delicious. We all tried a little bit of everything and there wasn’t a thing that someone didn’t like. Also, the service was amazing. He made recommendations, offered samples, and was super polite. We are already planning our next trip here! Only added photos of the shaved ice because we were too busy eating everything else to take...
