FYE — Local services in El Paso

I just have an issue with these stores. Not this one in particular. But it seems that FYE is a bunch of scammers.

Every time I purchase something I always get the same questions.

CD Insurance "free" magazines and recently the membership

CD insurance is a bunch of BS and the free magazines are dumb because they are not free. You have to pay a fortune for these stupid things.

The membership is just a joke. you get a 10% discount if you pay 11.99 a month (or 25.00 a year).

But they don't tell you that. All they say is : "Would you like a membership for 11.99". but never mention the 25 dollar a year. So watch out for that. Then again this city doesn't seem to care too...

I am writing this with a 5 star review because the company filters through all the one star reviews PLEASE READ!! DO NOT USE A DEBIT OF CREDIT CARD HERE!! they will sign you up for a $12 subscription service every month without your permission. They said they just needed my email for a "free" rewards account while i was making a purchase and now they are charging me $12 monthly, please research the "FYE scam" and you'll see multiple people who have become victims of this as well. Also if you call to cancel they will tell you that the subscription is terminated but you will still get billed. you have to cancel it...

Its okay. Most of the time is decently stocked. Just dont like every time I come in. They're checking on you as if you are going to steal, and I am a fegular. And i always pay for my items, guys. One item didn't have a tag. I waited half an hour to be able to pay for it because they were not prepared to know the price of their own item. I actually found the item online faster on my own for the manager. And she was very unpleasant the whole time. Taking the item away from me as if Id walk away with it for free. Like come on, stop treating customers...
