Spasso Cafe and Gelato — Restaurant in El Paso

Employees are VERY RUDE and a HAVE A BAD TEMPER. Every time I called employees don’t pick up the phone. I just went RIGHT NOW IN PERSON because no one answered my phone call and an employee was inside with her headphones and music out loud. She was sweeping, I said “Hi” to her and she didn’t respond to me, she saw me and asked me what I want so I told her I want a Natural Yougut Ice Cream, she put the broom on the side, to My SURPRISE SHE NEVER WASHED HER HANDS, the employee approached the ice cream machine and started serving my yougurt WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS, but the Yougurt never come out and she told me THAT I have to wait 30 minutes or so because Yougurt Ice cream was not ready yet (BUT IT IS ALMOST 11am how come?) I tried to get a different flavors and she said I ran out IT .. really? This is not the first time that this happened and employees also never washed their hands after they handle the money and today this lady didn’t washed her hands either when she was sweeping the ice cream place! I bought two .99 cent ice cream cones from this place and got charged twice (so what should have been $2.14 was two separate charges, a total of $4.18). I have called the store at least five times and the lady who answers the phone always says the same thing, "The owner is at the store" or "The owner is not here and I don't know when he will be back". I also left a message for the owner named Marco and never got a call back. I know everyone makes mistakes and the lady admitted over the phone that she was having issues with the machine and that's why I got charged twice...BUT that still does not excuse Marco from returning the call! An extra $2.14 is really not that much but that is besides the point, it's the principle! That shows their lack of customer service! If you go here pay in cash because they charge...

Ive been here twice now but the gelato isnt that great. The coffee gelato is extremely bitter and theres far too much milk in their products for it to be considered gelato. Quality is quite poor. The establishment reminds me of a childs lemonade stand ran by moody teenagers so please dont go expecting even remotely decent customer service.
