Furniture Max — Local services in El Paso

I had such a great experience visiting Furniture Max. I went in as a last minute option and I am so glad I did! Moe and Adam went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I never felt pushed, pressured or like I was just talking into deaf ears. They really listened and took into account all of my likes/dislikes, preferences, questions and concerns. They showed me lots of options, not just what was in their showroom they sat down with me on the computer and patiently searched all their resources to get me what I was looking for. Their knowledge and feedback on the furniture oprions was vast and they were always willing to take that extra step to find specific details I asked of them. Overall, Moe and Adam are excellent, they demonstrated exceptional customer service! Definitley recommend and will be returning for future home...

This place has really nice furniture found what I was looking for some sofas and a kitchen table unfortunately when I walked in there was no one around saw a guy helping a lady but no greet or nothing finally saw another guy that was more interested in his phone than helping me didn’t even acknowledge me they could’ve made a sale but I walked away ended up going to Household and had 3 employees helping me ended up buying my sofas and kitchen there glad I went there…For the Owner customer service matters I feel like you guys don’t care about making a sale. You guys have nice furniture and you guys can do better if you acknowledge your customers so they don’t go elsewhere I was ready to purchase what I needed sadly had to...
