This place is true authentic Jalisco Style Mexican food. This is not your typical Rice and beans that the Gringos like. This is Jalisco so be ready for spicy and good flavorful food. I had the Chicharron Guisado Taco it’s to die for it’s was so packed with juicy pork carnitas the salsas are great the red is spicy. I also ordered the shrimp torta ahogada which is like a wet dish. They have two spice levels go with the low spice the spicy option is really hot and I love spicy. Also the service was a 20 out of 10 the owner and the staff are so amazing and Kind. It was past 6 when we got there and a few people showed up and the owner opened the door and still let them in and served them. Greeted them and us with a smile. It was my third time there and I will gladly go back again to take friends there. Is it authentic five Stars! I’ve had the real deal torta in Guadalajara in a market and this is probably just as good if not better I liked the texture of the bread....

The flavor is absolutely incredible!! Very authentic as Jalisco flavor. We tried tacos de chicharrón, torta ahogada de carnitas and the owner gave us another taco of a different chicharrón and a desert, absolutely everything was Amazing!!! Was excited to try this place out and it did not disappoint. There was no wait time when we went in on a Saturday afternoon, service was quick and effective. We tried the guacamole with chicharron, birria quesadilla, pastor taco, and the famous torta ahogada. Everything was delicious.
