I am truly at a loss for words to fully describe the exceptional experience I had at CBC. From the moment I walked in, I had a clear vision of the dream ring I wanted, and Jesus helped me bring it to life in a way that exceeded every expectation. I had previously shopped around at a different custom jeweler, but when I was recommended to CBC, I knew I had to give it a try, hoping I would find the perfect match for my vision.

Jesus’ approach was nothing short of extraordinary. He maintained a warm, positive, and upbeat attitude throughout the entire process, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. One of the things I appreciated most was how transparent and honest he was with me. He went above and beyond to explain every detail of the process, laying out all options on the table and making sure I was educated and confident in my choices. The entire process, from my first visit to receiving the finished ring, took only two weeks—something I didn’t expect but was incredibly grateful for. I also loved using their piece-by-piece display, which allowed me to experiment with different styles, sizes, and stones. Even though my husband lives out of town, Jesus worked seamlessly with both of us to ensure we got exactly what we wanted, making it a truly collaborative and personal experience.

Lastly, I want to commend CBC for showing appreciation for military service members, which meant a great deal to us. CBC jewelers is the only place I will ever take my business. I've included some pictures of recent items I purchased from them. But I remember being about eight years old or so, and my mom took her wedding ring to them, because one of the prongs had become loose. I remember even at that age being self-conscious, that they might make fun of her ring. It was a small diamond, but it's what my father could afford. They were kind. They didn't try to upsell her. The owner complemented the Ring, and offered a new setting that might showcase The diamond a little more. I never forgot how kind they were. So when the time came to do a custom piece for my five year wedding anniversary. They are who I went to. I also recently purchased an estate piece from them of Rubys and diamonds. I've included that picture as well. It matches a band that my godmother got me 25 years ago after my high school sweetheart and I broke up and like a silly young girl, I was worried, I wouldn't never get married, or have a ring. It's silly in hindsight, but she got it for me to remind me I didn't need some boy to buy me things. That I had her, and then I would make something of myself, so I could buy my own things so being able to pair, the two pieces is incredibly meaningful because it's a reminder of how much I've grown. When I say that I HIGHLY recommend this place, I truly mean it! I just bought an engagement ring here and every single person who I met has been so extremely kind and patient, and they just completely exceeded my expectations on my custom ring! I had a consult with Gregory, and he truly listened to my requests and wants for this ring. With all his expertise, Gregory told me confidently that “this ring is going to knock your socks off!” Not only did he keep me within the budget I had, he truly chose THE MOST beautiful and quality stones for my ring, AND notified me of an accurate time frame for when the ring would be finished (which was less than 2 weeks!!!). When I saw the ring for my partner for the very first time, I genuinely couldn’t help but cry because of how beautiful and amazing it turned out. I finished my purchase out with Jesus, and speaking with him as well solidified that this jewelry shop is more than just a jewelry shop.
