Hobby Lobby — Local services in El Paso

I love the sales that hobby lobby has. I've been shopping at this particular location for almost 2 years and my past 4 visit within the past 2 month I have been racially profiled to the max. The cashier today also explained that the previous customer said the same thing. Rules and standards should go for everyone. If I have my receipts for my items I don't need to leave my return at the door and stand in the line twice 😤 and when Im doing a price adjustment, never needed the item at first now I need to bring in the item that was wrung up on the receipt withing 7 days just to take it back home after you hound me for bringing in the bag with the receipt but once again this does not apply to all because I'm retired and have sat and watched. Supposed to be a Christian based business ha I'm going to try a different location before I boycott fully. Already contacted corporate once with no solution. ....just so everyone else knows. I've been told to start recording when I enter. Seems like only way...

Like the merchandise and selection offered, the sales and prices offered... one thing I find lamentably missing is the lack of product for our/their Latin communities... particularly during the holidays... try and find something that may say, FELIZ NAVIDAD, FELIZ AÑO NUEVO, FELICES FIESTAS O PASCUAS... they claim to be a Christian business but this lack of productos en español seems intentional... imagine the sales they are missing by not having any merchandise for our Latin community... even the dollar stores offer Feliz Navidad products/decorations during the holidays... with their stores in so many border areas, southwest states, it seems they don't appreciate their Latin clientele... have spent several bucks in their stores but I often feel left behind for not giving me the option to find merchandise for my culture... not even greeting cards... imagine finding a Lupita in the store...

I called the store in desperate need of some help. We recently relocated from TX to AZ. I was looking for a detailed description of their current inventory of homecoming mum supplies (which are unavailable in AZ) before committing to the 5 hour drive. I did not catch the name of the lady who answered the phone. She was very kind and sympathetic to my desperation. I heard her ask Margaret to please help me, even though she was on break. Margaret was extremely helpful and patient. She put me on hold to run back over to the hoco section 3 times to verify the items I was looking for. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service from this store, and Margaret especially. The world needs more people like her! Because of her, I did make the drive and was mostly successful in retrieving the supplies I need to make a beautiful mum for my son's...
