Amazing service! My youngest son and I came here to try out the different flavors of ice cream. Camila was super nice and attentive and was extremely patient with my child. A few days later I came with both my children and luckily this same employee Camila took our order, she remembered my child’s order (we tried a lot of Flavors and loved them and I couldn’t remember which was his favorite) which made it so much easier to hit the road as we live out of town. And the entire time we were here, she served us with a genuine smile and attentiveness. Would definitely make the 2 hour drive! Exceptional service, delicious flavors, variety and with employees that actually care about the experience for you and your family. I went there on Saturday with my daughter and was barely going towards 10pm and as we walked in there employee stated oh and they have to come in when we are closing. The employee was putting up the chairs and another employee sitting at a table with a guy talking. The employee was rude with that remark as they close at 10:30 and she was all ready getting ready to close. That employee should not be working there as she is rude and doesn’t even know what time the close. If the sign on the door says they close at 10:30 then you close at 10:30 not stack chairs and ready to close. I would like to know where are we suppose to sit, on the floor? I have gone there a lot but will have to find another place. That employee should be fired and find another job where they have no customers. Bad service, was waiting for about 15-20 min for the waitress to take my order and when she finally took my order as she was about to start preparing it a customer came in and for some reason the waitress immediately took her order and prepared it before mine. The disrespect was noticeable and to make it even worse she had not completed my order when a second customer came in and you guessed it, that customer got her order before i could get mine completed. definitely won’t be coming back here again.
