The Jewelry Workshop — Local services in El Paso

I’m going to write this review as I’m just leaving out this place. I left my jewelry to be fixed a few days ago. He told me to come back on Thursday to get it. He said nothing about them calling me telling me when it would be finished I get here at 12:30 it’s still not ready. But what really irritated me I walked in he was finishing up with customers, and instead of wanting to help me he was to busy trying to go to them to see if they would buy something else. It took for the customer to tell him you can go ahead and help her. For him to pay me any attention and they left anyways because they had somewhere to be. I only came here because it would had taken to long for my jewelry to get fixed at Kay Jewelers in where I usually take it. But after I get my jewelry today I will not be coming back here for anything. I will go where I feel my money is...

I went in to the shop, and the lady in front of me was working the the jeweler over several thousands of dollars of fancy jewelry. I was just getting the battery replaced in my $25 novelty watch. The owner treated both of us, with the same level of compassion and respect. It's evident from the demeanor of the owner how passionate he is about his craft. The customer service is top notch! I highly recommend this place to anybody. When I picked up my watch (ready in a few hours), it was a younger guy at the counter. He too was friendly and helpful.

I didn't think I'd ever write a review about a jeweler since that's not my cup of tea, but the compassion and service I was shown made me go out of my way to do so.

My sister passed and my nephew gave me her watch it wasn't working to I stopped at this jewelry store it's a cute clean small shop but the had quality jewelry I owner took my watch and made it as new he replace the face and cleaned it meant so much to me because it's the only thing I have left that belong to my sister so I stopped again today to replace the battery the owner was there and took care of my watch it's not worth much but it Worth so much to me , so if you guys are looking for jewelry or jewelry repair this is the place to go the owner is very caring and friendly and remember give your money to small businesses they need our help...Thank you to The Jewelry Workshop for taking the time to fix something that is so precious to...
