Jack in the Box — Restaurant in El Paso

This place was a completely horrible experience. Came by for a quick bite as my wife wanted a teriyaki bowl, so I got a burger with "Only" cheese and mayo.

When served, I tell the gentleman at the counter that the order was wrong since there was ketchup spilling out of it. To which he replies with a horrible attitude after looking up at his screen that the order was correct. I informed him that it was "Only" cheese and mayo, and he said in a rude tone, "Well, that's not what I have here!".

I said, "Well, Sir, she got the order incorrect ", it was "Only" cheese and mayo! He made the obnoxious sound with his teeth, rolled his eyes like a child, and walked away.

Once the order came back, the meats were crispi, and the cheese was cold! How do you get cold cheese on an order you just made?

Folks save your money and eat anywhere else unless you like being treated like trash. They should pay you to eat here, not the other way...

Drive thru experience was a flop around 2:30ish (pm). My kids want Jack in the box, so we stopped. Place an order for 3 people. Was empty in lobby & 1 car in front, but as we pulled forward to pay, the car left. After we paid we were instructed by the employee to pull forward. Couldn't understand why, no one was behind us so I thought it was pointless, but pulled forward at instructed. I know a lot of fast food restaurants do this so they can clear their screens & not have a high wait time, but we had to wait just so they don't have a high wait time. We waited a good while & I noticed a car pull up behind & paid. They received their order right away & pulled behind. They couldn't leave because they we were blocking. A few minutes past & the employee comes out, says sorry for the wait sarcastically & gives us our food. I was gonna tell the employee how I felt for waiting, but my wife smacked me to leave. Doubt I'll be back...

My wife and I went ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and supreme breakfast sandwich, they gave us a sausage sandwhich instead, and the chicken was raw. When I went to the restaurant to tell them about the order, the manager told me that the chicken couldn’t be raw because it was as prepackaged and refused to even check to burger. Just cause you repeat that something is prepackaged, doesn’t mean that it’s error free. And to top it off, when the manager when to tell the cook to redo the sandwich, he just started laughing about it.

I just tried going back, and again I was let down, somehow I was able to go into the lobby after it was closed since the door was wide open, and it took a full15 minutes before the manager noticed we were in there and told us we had to get out. How is it that none of the other staff that was just sitting around the entrance couldn’t tell us that the lobby was closed as soon...
