EDIT/UPDATE (6/29/2024): Do NOT Recommend. This is the final straw with inconsistencies for the past year. I am including images to corroborate. It is a Large Poke Bowl (3 proteins). I ordered the EXACT same bowl for lunch TODAY. The EXACT. SAME. BOWL. The difference is that I ordered the bowl in the images for dinner and for delivery. I have been provided nearly half the amount of food than my lunch bowl counterpart but charged the exact same. I actually dug around in the bowl and there is no spicy salmon in here, meaning I am missing an entire protein. This is unacceptable. I paid for 3 proteins! I’m done. I do not support this business 👎🏼 DO NO RECOMMEND. PREVIOUS REVIEW (1 month prior): I order from this specific location regularly (in person, through the app, through Uber Eats; both for pick up and delivery). The quality is decent for the area; however, the time frame they provide to prepare ordered food is grossly underestimated. It is always 15 minutes on their app. It’s actually 25 - 35 minutes, so just be aware, especially if you’re on a set schedule. Also, they are a revolving door when it comes to staff, which may be a contributing factor. The food presentation will also vary, presumably because of staff turnover. Sometimes there’s good food presentation and sometimes it’s all thrown together. No ideal but okay with poke bowls; however the pressed spicy tuna roll will and has looked like literal vomit when just thrown together. This is what you’re walking into here. Take it or leave it. This is location based btw. The city I was living in a year and a half ago had none of these issues.

This is the worst place for good customer service. I finished a 12 hour shift and looked forward to dinner. It was may 17th 2024 at 8 PM and the girl with the glasses and blonde brown hair with highlights was so rude to me. I asked her for avocado in my bowl and she snapped at me “well we ran out.” with an attitude. Then I asked her if I can have my bowl heavy and she snapped again and said “that's what it is, I already put it heavy.” well what if I didn't WANT IT HEAVY?? Just a side point..and then I asked her for a side of seaweed salad and she gave me like 2 small stands. Then she left in the back and left me standing there talking to her co-workers and I could hear them laughing while my bowl was sitting there. Mean while I'm starving and I still need my second bowl made. She does the exact same thing. They (especially her) just wanted me out of there cuz they were closing in 30 minutes! When I got home, my bowl barely had any rice, and i couldn't even see my seaweed salad when I mixed my bowl. I feel disrespected and ripped off my money!! And I wanted to add the coco mango dessert cuz I never tried it before and I got excited, and the same rude girl with the glasses and blond brown hair said “we’re out.” just like that. So incredibly rude and disrespectful. I have never experienced this before. What a waste of money! I should have stuck to my original plan and just got sushi at Albertson. That would have been more pleasant. And more filling since my bowl had hardly ANYTHING IN IT!

Whenever I crave poke, Pokeworks in East El Paso is my go-to spot. Their Hawaiian Ahi poke bowl is always a winner. The ahi tuna is butter soft and incredibly fresh, with no fishy taste at all. It's perfectly marinated with a delicious blend of soy and sesame that hits all the right notes. The toppings really elevate the bowl—crunchy seaweed salad, fresh cucumber, and creamy avocado that tie everything together. The sushi rice is spot-on, slightly seasoned, and makes a perfect base for the flavorful tuna and vibrant toppings. And if you're in the mood for something warm, the miso soup here is fantastic too. It has a rich, savory broth with just the right amount of tofu and seaweed, making it a comforting addition to the fresh poke bowl. Pokeworks nails it every time, and their Hawaiian Ahi bowl is a must-try. If you love poke, this place should be at the top of your list.

I placed an online order through the poke works website and did not receive it. I contacted their service team and spoke to a lady who told me that they would reach out to the restraunt to get me the refund . I waited a couple days no update so I contacted again and the same customer service lady told me it was the first time I had emailed with her… so that means she didn’t reach out to the establishment since she forgot we spoke.. so I messaged her back with the emails attached and she let me know it was the first time she received that and she would reach out to the restraunt and update me. I waited days and nothing. I called the store and nobody ever answers the phone. I spent $43 and nobody has been held accountable or solutions have been offered. I would not recommend ordering online go in to the restaurant so if something isn’t right they can help you out there. If something goes wrong you won’t be helped.

Sidenote: if you place an order through the establishments website the restraunt has to be the one to make it right. DoorDash can only help with orders placed under their app . Doordash was the one that informed me of this when I attempted to see if they could help me...
