Taco Bell — Restaurant in El Paso

Me and my sister love Taco Bell and like many resort to it when we usually aren’t in the mood for cooking at home, so we made our way to Taco Bell placed our order through the drive-thru had a normal interaction with the cashier, when we got our food we verified that we had all our items and made our way home everything was fine until we got home and started opening the food from the wrappers that we noticed some of the food items looked like they weren’t made correctly, items that by the way are very popular, i.e. crispy cantina chicken taco, nacho fries, Crunchwrap supreme. And when we tried the nacho fries they tasted stale , we also noticed that the second order of fries was missing. We decided it would be easier to go back to this location so they could help fix our food. We had talked to the cashier and the manager and both of them heard our explanation that we were missing items, some food didn’t look quite right, and that because of all the driving back and forth our food had already gotten cold and asked if we could have it remade. The manager didn’t even acknowledge our concerns with the food and walked away from us even giving us a bit of attitude. They told us they would remake the food and so we waited my the mobile pickup parking where we waited some more. They came back with the “remade” food but it was not redone it had only been placed under a lamp and given back to us. We drove twice didn’t get to eat until and hour and a half later and dealt with difficult people with no good customer service and lack of accountability, I don’t recommend this location; save your time,...

Lexue is an amazing worker! Quick to help my family and i understand how to order and helped us through the whole process! Very kind and very respectful young lady! She's a wonderful and very good at multitasking i noticed her taking drive thru orders while we dined in and not only that but she was also keeping the lobby tidy! Make sure to take care of her shes a wonderful asset to this fast food chain, definitely deserves a raise and if she isnt a manager make sure she does because not once was she negative or gave attitude this worker made my familys dine in experience one of the greatest. The food was very exceptional as well! The drink i believe is called "freezie strawberry lime" comes with real strawberries and it was one of the greatest freezies ive had from taco bell! Thank you for a wonderful diner experience and keep hiring wonderful employees such as Lexue and her coworkers because once again the food and atmosphere were very great today! Arrived i belive around 9:30 (lobby closes at 12 am i called ahead of time wonderful hours to keep lobby open!) And left at 10:35. If there is something i may add should definitely add lobby music! I ordered a crunchwrap without the combo and the drink for the happy hour right.. then I ordered one combo #1 and asked for 3 tacos on the side with that order. I was charged for two #1 combos with the drink. I don't believe that falls under the "happy hour". I called and asked if the Baja Blast didn't fall under the happy hour but the broad Alyssa G decided to ring me up for 2 Large drinks so $4.00 each opposed to a Medium $1 drink for happy hour only during 3pm to 5pm, nor did she ask me what size I wanted. So if constantly having these unwelcoming workers not be excited to share or promote the deals their dwindling restaurants have to offer... then they're not worth my money. Inflation has everyone at a stress point and $9 could have easily gone to gas. $20 to feed 3 people would definitely have had me returning to this establishment. Poorly executed cashier skills...
