Prices are a little high, considering the atmosphere and cleanliness. Rating this Establishment on the standards of a Mexican restaurant operating in "America" it firmly qualifies for three (3) stars. Some of this is due to the city/county of ELPASO, Texas, they fail in raising the bar in their inspections. Inspectors do not require a high standard.
