Target — Local services in El Paso

If I could give negative stars I would. Rude cashier, the store was a mess and manager on shift had a poor attitude. I went in to pick up a few household items, 1 bottle of detergent & some milk. I was planning on using a coupon for the detergent and the cashier made a huge deal out of it; the coupon was only for $.50 off that 1 item and she called a manager over they studied/ inspected the coupon as if there was a quiz on it. - I thought no big deal I know it's not a huge savings I will just take the item I need but I felt it was made out to be a big deal over it. The coupon had the product pictured and matched the item wording description exactly - I was so embarrassed the manager & cashier had no reason to question it when the coupon was in simple English and clearly had the words and picture on it. While they stared down the coupon I noticed the milk expired the day before and brought it to the manager's attention to which she didn't reply but the cashier replied so then you are not taking it..... I was applauded to say the least!! Now if only her & her staff would pay such close attention to the way the store appearance & operations are handled I am sure my experience would have been better, needless to say I left everything there - I refuse to shop there... NEVER...

THIS TARGET NEEDS GUIDANCE!!! I went to this target on Tuesday at around 11 to check for something that wasn’t at the target closer to my home and what I witnessed was SO SAD!

An employee was at customer service trying to get clarification on something from the employee there and the girl just had a psychotic break! She was being EXTREMELY RUDE, yelling in the other employees face and even got to the extent of CLAPPING HER HANDS in her face while speaking!! just telling her mean things and cursing yet she had the nerve to tell her she wasn’t doing anything wrong. How is it okay to have your employees treat each other this way?! How is it okay that I watched this entire fiasco unravel and saw no leader or manager step up to defuse the situation or protect a new employee?! And how is it okay for another human being to yell at someone yet say, they did nothing wrong?! I made a mistake by going into this target and after the lack of care they clearly have for not only their employees but for human beings I won’t be...

I used to love coming here but that, unfortunately, has changed over recent years. No longer do I have the convenience of visiting early and buying what I need quickly. The self-checkout lanes seem to be only decorative these days.

What used to be a quick "in & out" trip now takes more than twice as long since we are forced to wait in line at the normal registers. When they inevitably become backed up, another checkout lane opens but, of course, people who got in line after me head over there as they are closer, so I just stay stuck.

I also find this inconsiderate to customers who are neurodivergent and maybe don't feel like having a human interaction, especially so early in the morning.

This store used to be so great but now I have to drive further out to either Super Target, which only has their self-checkouts on one side of the store open, or go to their competitors, which I tried to avoid in the...
