If I could give negative zeros this business would get a hundred zeros. They ruined my ring. I was having a tiny diamond replaced and inquired if it was possible to size up if possible. They explained it may not be possible without compromising the ring and I said if it wasn’t possible no big deal I was more concerned with getting diamond out in. When I went to pick up my ring was stretched out into an oval and the bands of diamond were messed up and moving?!?! When I took it back as my fiancé had picked up they said they would “attempt” to fix but after that it was my problem. Well it was even worse the second time as on of the bands was broken.
To begin I would NEVER have gone here. But my five talked about how great they were and that the girl had worked under Mr. Sheldon. If you know what Sheldon’s was you would understand how insulting this would have been for him. We were customers of Sheldon’s for decades and worked with Mr. Sheldon on several occasions. This disgusting job is unacceptable. To add insult to injury, my fiancé returned to this shoddy hole shortly after the ring disaster and took one of my bracelets to be fixed and I hit the roof and demanded he go back immediately and get my bracelet back. He did and thankfully they hadn’t touched it/destroyed another piece. I will never take any piece of jewelry to them. Not even some 2$ bubble gum prize. The thought of having taken one of my $60k+ pieces gives me anxiety and so thankful I started with a lesser value piece but it is still infuriating. Please go anywhere but here!! I recently relocated to El Paso from Beverly Hills and unfortunately don’t have my usual jewelers and Sheldon’s as well as Lacy’s are gone but I did have luck with Deutsche & Deutsche. First picture shows how they made the ring not round. It’s called a ring but it’s no longer round. Last picture shows the break. I hate even looking at it because it just makes me so upset. They literally...
Read moreUPDATE! Although I originally provided a 1-star rating and explanation (see below), The owners came through in the end, although at the 11th hour, for my retreat. They were able to recreate my lost order and ship within 2 days. They also appologized for the mixup and would not accept payment for the order. I am updating this post in order to express my appreciation for them making up for the errors. I feel that this is a small company, honestly doign their best to satisfy their customers, who fell into a dififcult situation due to an illness.
Thank you guys for coming through!
For my part, I plan to place futur orders with more lead time.
Previous Post: Failure to deliver or communicate. I placed an order for quantity 70 of a custom cast bronze piece. Paid full in advance via their Square payment service. At the date of expected delivery I started trying to cantact the phone number for which I placed the order. There is never answer, but rather a recording the the mailbox is full. Finally, received a text message saying the product is on it's way to me and that they would provide a trackign number asap. Although this is a rather small package, 7 days later there is no signs of the package, I never received the promised tracking number, and multiple attempts to contact them by phone, text, and email has NOT...
Read moreI’ve gotten mine and my mom’s ring cleaned and couldn’t believe how fast and clean they came back, just like new. We unexpectedly treated ourselves with these gorgeous earrings we couldn’t resist. I was grateful to find out the owner makes it a point to make sure all the jewelry has been examined by herself 2 or 3 times before it goes to her customers. Each and every one. Customer service is sublime, along with the creative types of services and...
