Pho So 1 — Restaurant in El Paso

In my opinion I have eaten a lot of pho and vietnamese food and I have to give it a solid like 4.2 the atomshephere and ingredients were authentic but as for the Pho it needs a touch more cinnamon, and the noodle portion was very small maybe 4 bites with all the soup it was almost bland without the hoisin and Sriracha sauce the pork shrimp spring rolls were a little caggage heavy maybe a touch more pork so it's not do veggie tasting its healthy but I want to taste the flavor of the meat and shrimp when it hits the peanut hoisin sauce not cabbage, the egg rolls were pretty good I love that you have legit dipping sauce for it it does need to be a little spicer but that's just me, I personally like my meatball pieces to be in sliced not quarter chunks makes it easier to eat with noodles and soup. The Taro milk tea was perfect they have a frosty version at other restaurants that are pretty cold I have not been able to find them here in Texas but the milk and taro flavor was literally perfect if it had that frosty aspect to it I would say it would be amazing. So overall a decent spot a couple of improvements especially for the price but other then that it was pretty good. I hope the cook and manager sees this they have their own recipes but I have a place I go to in colorado and I visit it atleast twice a week when I'm there because it is authentic but also...

The last two times ive come to this location in the last month in a half were absolutely horrendous. The person that took my order by phone answered "yes" instead of a proper greeting for an establishment. As a matter of fact, this person didn't speak a hint of English which boggles my mind as it is a viatnamese restaurant. Secondly, It took almost 30 min more to get a plate out for my son which didn't come with a fork and I had to ask for one two times. Forget trying to ask for a glass of water as this establishment is so understaffed, the poor girl ran around tending to 6 plus tables forgetting my refill. I love pho so, but will NEVER return to this location. So unless you have time to waste, I wouldn't recommend ever coming here. So unorganized, and no clean tables to sit. I would not rate this restaurant any stars, but I had to select at least one to be able to post this much needed review....

Im terribly dissapointed with the customer service in this place the cashier was handeling food while she was sick which was completely disgusting and I read a good review on the facebook page but no she just wants to over talk the customer and im just no longer going to this place until the customer service improves fire her and get some one else with more ethics please and no one wants to hear about her personal problems anyway maybe if you payed her better she wouldnt be so careless in her job also was talking about how past employees wouldnt do a good job and all she was doing was sitting down while the rest of the tables where dirty i love the food here but sadly I dont like the people working here please hire new staff that knows how to act properly and im sure you will get loyal...
