I hate leaving bad reviews, however I am very disappointed with the service I received. I came in today around 4:17 pm, and when I came in there was a girl (I didn’t get her name) she had blonde short hair up to her shoulders. She didn’t even greet me when I walked in ( I really didn’t mind, but it speaks a lot about her customer service skills.) She just said sign in, when I did sign in she told me to sit down (it seems like she was in a hurry to get me out of this place). I let my eyebrows grow out for a long time, so I could come in and get them done at this place since it was recommended to me by a friend. This girl didn’t even bother asking me what I wanted she just started threading my eyebrows. It was hurting a lot, and I told her but she didn’t care. She was burning me with the string, and when I would let her know she wouldn’t stop she kept going all fast. She then proceeded to tell me she “cleaned them” but couldn’t shape them because it would leave my eyebrows to thin. I told her I wanted them shaped and she said she couldn’t give me one. I saw other reviews and have seen beautiful shapes done with eyebrows that have way less hair than I did. She told me she was done, and I told her if she could fix a few hairs and she did. She told me she didn’t like how it looked with a mean face. I just felt very uncomfortable since the beginning and wanted to walk out, so I just got up paid and left. I drove here on Sunday because it's the only place near me that was open and I decided to give it a try for a change. I went in, signed in and waited 30 whole minutes. Only one girl was working and the place was full on and off. She was doing brows, ringing people, basically running the show. The place was pretty and very clean. Social distancing was sort of being followed as well. Masks on too. When I got my eye brows done the girl seemed to just hurry it up. She threaded them just ok. And took off too much at the end and then tells me to let it grow out. It has been growing out already for months. I didn't wanna be rude though. The place also isn't cheap unlike other places in town. My normal place charges 12 and has exceptional service and take their time. They're charging 15 and rushing people. Great experience with Cory. I have had great experiences with Claudia and Chrisantha as well. They were very busy on Thanksgiving Eve. I left and came back later. They were out to lunch for 30 minutes and there was a customer outside very upset that they were eating. Employees need to eat to perform at their optimum. I don’t perform at 100%when I’m hungry. I thought she was going to hit Claudia or break the window . But like always, Claudia at her finest, handled it very well. Cory did an excellent job of my eyebrows. All three young ladies are good at their job. This is the only place I go for my face grooming....
