I’ve been living at Onix for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any maintenance requests or questions. The property is well-maintained, clean, and has a great sense of community.

The amenities are top-notch — from the fitness center and pool to the modern clubhouse and convenient parking. My apartment itself is spacious, quiet, and thoughtfully designed with updated appliances and plenty of natural light.

Maintenance is awful the lady’s in the office are so lazy it’s like pulling teeth to get them to help or answer the phone it’s dirty outside it’s dark no light at night water pressure is the worst and you have to submit 80 maintenance forms before the lazy girls in the office...

Have tried to look at apt multiple times and the office personal are never there, called the number and when they answered it was not someone at the location but told me someone should be there when I said I had waited for 30min they...
